Fast, Reliable and Knowledgeable service. Called Sunday evening and a technician (Ronnie) was here first thing Monday morning as promised. He was on time, courteous and thorough. He went well beyond the call of duty to ensure his efforts had resolved my problem.

John Ritchie was the only plumber who was able to fix our gas leak at the Quality Inn & Suites Rock Hill. After calling numerous other large national companies, Mr. Ritchie was the only one who came out and was able to fix it. I would definitely recommend his services for both residential and commercial services. He does exceptional work at reasonable prices.

Quick and did what they said they would to replace 10 feet of sewer pipe in my yard. It took two guys about 3 hours. I was charged $7,100. I had my back up against the wall with a sewer problem and feel like the company took advantage of me.

We were extremely pleased with ER plumbing. As with most who need a plumber, ours was an unexpected loss of both hot water heaters at the same time. I called katelyn at 8:30 am and by 9:30pm the same day we had two new hot water heaters installed. Katelyn answered all of my questions and eased my mind explaining how they would work and get this done for us. Nick and Will were excellent. Nick arrived at our home and assessed what needed to be done, not only in regards to the new heaters but also paying close attention to how to remove the old heaters. Will arrived with the new heaters and the two of them went to work. They were so knowledgeable and courteous. Never a complaint that they were spending their Friday night with us. We joked with Nick and Will that we called ER Plumbing because the commercial on TV stuck with us and the slogan stayed in our minds when we needed a plumber. The slogan is right! Great company and excellent staff! Highly recommend this company!

I love this company. I have used them numerous times and they always correct my issues. This work was a mobile home hookup. The work was completed on time and in a professional manner.

They stayed in contact throughout the day to keep me posted as to what was happening as to their arrival. Even though they were very busy they fit me in and came out after hours. They were quick and clean and professional. I will call them first if needed.

The company we have used for years was a husband & wife team. They retired and sold their business. We were not happy with the new company and my husband found Travis Crawford.
