Best A/C System Repair in Charlotte NC

I called Julian's Plumbing to repair a leaky shower and also assess a water pressure issue and water hammer noise. Jason was at my house in less than one hour and remedied two of the three problems. He provided DYI recommendations for the remaining issue and said he was available to advise further on it if I needed help.

Jason was courteous, thoughtful and, most importantly gave me a frank assessment of my problems. I highly recommend Julian's Plumbing for residential repairs.

Excellent overall experience from first call to main office , to communication with our plumber technician, to the detail and professional installation. Inspected, removed, repaired shut off and installed toilet in 3-4 hours. The Flash brothers were on their game and lived up to their name. Our techs were excellent. Highly recommended.

CHAD CAME TO LOOK AT MY PROBLEM AND WAS A GENTLEMAN,BEFORE DOING ANYTHING HE LET TO ME DESCRIBE THE PROBLEM AND ASKED A FEW QUESTIONS, AFTER CLEANING OUT MY DRAIN HE STATED HE THOUGHT THERE WAS A PROBLEM AND RECOMMENDED USING A CAMERA TO LOOK. HIS CAMERA FOUND A SCREWDRIVER IN MY DRAIN,A PRETTY BIG ONE. AFTER USING A SHOP-VAC TO REMOVE IT HE CONTINUED TO LOOK AT THE REST OF DRAIN AND FOUND NO OTHER BLOCKAGE. HE TOLD ME THE ONLY WAY THAT COULD HAVE GOT IN THERE IS THRU COMODE, I TOLD HIM ANOTHER PLUMBER I HAD USE MUST HAVE LOST IT AND NEVER WENT AFTER IT BECAUSE I KNOW HE REMOVED THE COMODE TO CLEAN LINE., ONLY WAY IT COULD GET IN THERE, THANKS CHAD JOB WELL DONE. I WILL NEVER USE ANY OTHER PLUMER .

I was absolutely blown away by the service I received last Saturday. The people who came last Saturday were very professional, very friendly, and very helpful. I really recommend Roto-Rooter to anybody who has a problem in their home because these guys are the best you can find here in Charlotte.

labor rate is $147.00 per hour. a bit steep imo.

Mike and his partner did an amazing job! I called 3 other plumbers who couldn’t give me an answer, including one that stormed out because we questioned him. I called CPM and Mike figured out the problem in 10 minutes and had it fixed within 20! The price was very reasonable. I am impressed with his professionalism and knowledge. We will only use this company for our plumbing needs. We couldn’t be happier with the work!

Cory installed the new toilet and 3 faucets, contracted by Lowe’s. He was extremely professional and did a great job.

He was very prompt and did an amazing job getting our water heater up to code that the gas company did not take the time to do on our last water heater. Stan was dispatched and arrived within one hour of my call. He was very polite and very knowledgeable and did not waste any time getting the main line unclogged. He did a thorough job after that to check everything in and under my house where he discovered a main line break which had to be addressed.

Although sad for me as insurance doesn't cover the break from normal wear and tear...I was very happy with the service I received from Stan.
