Best Water Leak in Charlotte NC

Jeff with julian's plumbing was very professional and on time! Gave me many options to go about fixing my plumbing issue.

On this reconnaissance trip, Jeff was extremely helpful in helping me identify what plumbing issues needed attention. My husband and I are looking at what items we are going to prioritize, and will definitely use Queen City when we are ready to begin work! Very much appreciate the service.

In the interest of improvement I think Wyatt could do a better job at scheduling/ dispatching. On Monday morning I was told a tech would becoming sometime on Tuesday. I was pleased with that.and was expecting a Wyatt tech to show up sometime on Tuesday so I cleared my day. I received a call on Tuesday afternoon telling me the Wyatt tech was not coming. If you say you’re coming on Tuesday with know specific time and the customer agrees I think you should show up on Tuesday. All considered Wyatt is a good company with very knowledgeable techs and I’m willing to pay for the peace of mind that the job is going to get done the right way.
I still think you should have showed up on Tuesday. Thanks again for a job well done.

Marty was amazing when he came to look at a leak in my house. He knew right away what it was. He also took time to fix a leak in a bathtub and made more recommendations but didn’t do a hard sell. I highly recommend Charlotte Plumbing and ask or Marty!!

I had a crisis unfold at 1 am in my bathroom and needed emergency repairs done immediately. I found this company on Google amongst other plumbing services and they were the only ones to push me through to a plumber that could help my situation. Once I spoke with Scott on the phone I was assured everything would be okay and he made sure of it! He made quick work of the issue at hand and set me up with everything I needed. I would trust Option1 with any plumbing issue, don’t hesitate to give them a call and ask for Scott!

Had an excellent experience with Dave H. today. He really went the extra mile to make sure our low water pressure issue was resolved in a timely manner, and the service fee was very reasonable. I will definitely be calling AAA for any future plumbing needs I have!

As usual, Mr. Dennis always has our best interest in mind. He fixed the plumbing by replacing parts and nit trying to make money by having us purchase something brand new.

Some times we all need a new water heater. Finding a good company is a roll of the dice. Well I called Charlotte Plumbing Masters and set up an appointment and was told they would show up mid afternoon I was thrilled when they showed up late morning instead. Their reps are professional and very courteous. I highly recommend Charlotte Plumbing Masters and will call them again for other needs.

He was very knowledgable and helped me get the right garbage disposal for the kitchen sink. There was also a space issue under the cabinet and he managed to make all the plumming fit. Thank goodness! Very friendly.
