The tech's were fast, efficient & very friendly. Highly recommended.

They were scheduled to install a laundry shutoff valve box. First time they did not show, but called to say they were rescheduling. Second time they did not show and I had to call them. Maybe they are good once they get there.

Called in to get a new water line for a fridge we recently bought. Josh and Darren both came out the next day and got the new water line installed with zero issues. They were extremely professional and courteous, and they answered any questions I had about the whole process. I am very satisfied with the results and would recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing service!

I initially called because of an odor and abnormal noise coming from the garbage disposal. Getting an appointment was very easy, and the follow up of when to expect a technician was great. Pete, the technician, was very professional and explained what he saw when doing his assessment. After going through my options to fix the issue, the work was done quickly and efficiently. Had a major toilet overflow situation upstairs and my worst fear came true! The water escaped faster than I could get to it and seeped into the downstairs ceiling. Called these guys: the receptionist was super courteous, she responded fast by sending out Jonathan who did a thorough job with alleviating my disaster, educating me on the current situation, and providing me with preventative tips in case of any future emergencies. Brett and team were amazing. Very professional and helpful through the installation of my new tankless water heater. They were very thorough and made sure everything was running smoothly. Best plumber in the south Charlotte area!

The plumber was punctual, polite and professional. He explained what he was doing and why. The only issue I had was the price, $425 to use a snake. I had no choice but to have the kitchen sink unclogged. He did a good job. Very careful, protected under the counter from water, did NOT a make a mess...very neat.

I was referred to All About the Pipes by dozens of local families on a community facebook page and could not have been more pleased. They were prompt in coming out, quickly diagnosed a problem we had experienced for 2 years (and previous plumbers missed), and fixed the issue. Our technician even went above and beyond putting in a safety strap on part of the water heater where one was previously missing just because he noticed it wasn't there. Will absolutely be a repeat customer and happily refer others in the future.

John and Brandon were both super friendly while efficiently doing what had to be done. They came to fix what I thought was a clog in a drain to a sink. Turned out to be a clog in a more major line which required substantial more time to clear. They happily stayed until they made sure everything was working correctly. Arrived when expected, cost reasonable and very competitive. Will gladly recommend them!!

Who knew our AC unit drains into the same sink lines of an upstairs bathroom ? He did, solved our overflow/back flow issue....I'm a believer in the quality, workmanship and expertise of D.R. Jordan and his team !! I will call them again, and again !! Love the fact they are 24/7 and neighborhood offices .
