Nobody does it like Julian's! This family owned business is knowledgeable and innovative like a large company but small enough to make you feel like you're more than just a number. Their experienced techs are always availalbe to rescue you from your plumbing and heating service woes--i'm convinced the owner sleeps with his phone under his pillow WITH his eyes open!

Our kitchen sink clogged up and Donald was able to come out the same day and fix it for us. He was very communicative and helpful and was able to solve the problem quickly. Very thankful for Queen City Plumbing!

price was not my top concern, I wanted a professional company in MY HOME. That is exactly what I got and I'm impressed with the follow up from them. They didn't take my money and run, after the very qualified tech left, a field inspector came by and doubled checked everything to make sure it was right.

I had a pipe rupture in between my first and second floor. I had called a plumber I had used in the past but they couldn’t come out for a few days so I looked to Home Advisor and found WyattWorks. They came to my house within a few hours and were able to locate the leak and repair the pipe quickly. They were very friendly and knowledgeable however they were a bit pricey. I assume it was more expensive due to the emergence of my situation. I would use WyattWorks again.

We highly recommend using Option One Plumbing.
The two plumbers/technicians (Michael & Daniel), did a fantastic job installing our new toilet, sinks, free standing bath tub, as well as a customized walk in shower with multiple shower heads.

Lastly they installed a hot water re- circulation pump in the kitchen, so we can have hot water on demand.

We are so overjoyed with the overall results.
Both gentlemen were very courteous.
They always wiped their feet going in & out the front door, and fully explained how long it would take and what was going to be done next
to accomplish a professional & modern look in our old home, all done
for a reasonable price compared to other companies in this area of N.C..

I was referred to All About the Pipes by dozens of local families on a community facebook page and could not have been more pleased. They were prompt in coming out, quickly diagnosed a problem we had experienced for 2 years (and previous plumbers missed), and fixed the issue. Our technician even went above and beyond putting in a safety strap on part of the water heater where one was previously missing just because he noticed it wasn't there. John and Brandon were both super friendly while efficiently doing what had to be done. They came to fix what I thought was a clog in a drain to a sink. Turned out to be a clog in a more major line which required substantial more time to clear. They happily stayed until they made sure everything was working correctly. Arrived when expected, cost reasonable and very competitive. Will gladly recommend them!!
