Julian's arrived on time and service was quick and friendly. We did have to negotiate the price of bit but the interaction was pleasant. Technician was very nice and explained what the issue was and how I could fix it myself in the future. Service was completed in under 10 minutes.

Great company to work with. William answered my call on Super Bowl Sunday and arrived at our home to review the situation since the hot water heater was leaking. Because of our situation, they moved the installation to Monday the next day which was Valentines Day. Dustin, the installer, worked all day to complete the installation. He stated he would not leave until we had water especially hot water. He finished around 7:30 pm. What a dedicated employee. Thank you Dustin and Mr. Rooter Plumbing for completing the job with such care and efficiency .

Scott was very experienced and took the time to diagnose my water heater and explained what he saw which was no leak. Since the water heater was old i decided to replace it. Turns out the leak was hiding from us. I was pleased with with work Scott did

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! We were told by another company that our grinder pump needed to be replaced and they were going to charge us over $8K. Matthew and Bobby with AAA City Plumbing came out and said check your breaker box and low and behold that's all it was. Flipped the switch and we are back in business. Michael the tech. who serviced our plumbing issue was excellent. He called ahead to give me an ETA along with a picture to validate his identity. Michael resolved the water leak we had coming from our master bathroom shower. He was professional in putting down plastic and a catch cloth to protect our flooring from any debris. I have nothing but praise for Michael and Charlotte Plumbing Masters.

John and his colleague Brandon helped us to replace gas water heater couple days ago. They spent 5 hrs straight on the project and we got hot water back at the end of the day. Quality work at an affordable price.....John's quote was much lower than other contractors that we checked but his quality work was no less, if not better.

Reid Jordan from DR Jordan plumbing promptly came out and quickly successfully dewinterized the irrigation system. When I started the irrigation system after he'd left one of the sprinkler heads in an area-3 zone was defective and blew off. I called him back and he said although he didn't work on sprinkler systems he'd come out and see if he could fix it without charge based on an on-the-spot exam. He showed up promptly and diagnosed the problem: a broken sprinkler head. He then gave me a number to call for irrigation service and replacement of the broken head. In summary, I can't even imagine how the service could have possibly been any better. He's definitely my Number-1 guy the next time I need plumbing service!
