Mr. Rooter is our plumber of choice for a large, +/- 650,000 square foot, commercial property with 112 tenants. Mr. Rooter always responds quickly, is thorough and knowledgeable, and competitively priced. Since starting with this firm 2 years ago, we have used no other plumbing contractor and do not plan on switching going forward. I highly recommend anyone looking for a great contractor to use these guys!

I called Option One about a broken tub spout first thing in the morning and Thomas arrived as scheduled that afternoon. He was able to start work immediately, which was a plus. What initially looked like a straightforward repair turned into a bigger job when it was discovered that the original shower pipes were installed crooked. The odd angle resulted in the tub spout angling down into the tub which then left a large gap between the shower wall and the spout flange. Thomas cut out the faulty pipes and installed new tubing at the proper angle, then stubbed out a new tub pipe so that it was parallel to the floor. My new tub spout looks great, and best of all, it doesn’t leak!

Thomas was professional throughout and worked with me to troubleshoot the best solution. I hope I don’t need a plumber again ($$$!), but if I do, it’ll be Option One Plumbing.

Bliss came out to clean our tankless water heater. They were very respectful of the fact that I was on work calls, and located the heater and began work on their own. They were timely and arrived within the window. Generously they upgraded our cleaning to the deep clean free of charge! I’d 100% use them again!!

I used IRV to repair the sewer pipe. Tony did the whole job. He is an expert plumber, very knowledgeable, very helping. There were couple of cracks on the driveway since they used a tractor for digging but Tony came back and fixed those cracks. I will give him all stars for his work. I wasn’t happy with the HVAC services. They had to remove one HVAC unit to clear the area to replace the sewer pipe. But when the HVAC tech guy came back to replug the unit back it didn’t go well. He was working 4-5 hrs for 2 days but couldn’t get it fixed. We were without an a/c for 10 days. Luckily the weather was nice. Finally the company sent the other HVAC tech Brian who knew the exact problem and he fixed it. The manager Melissa was very helping and tried her best. The staff is also very friendly. The only problem is miscommunication. I will use this company for plumbing but not for HVAC. And for a plumbing problem I will always ask for Tony. He is the best.

John is awesome! I am working on buying my first home and wanted to have the plumbing checked out. I saw some of neighbors had recommended him via our neighborhood posting wall, so I gave him a call. He came out same day and patiently checked out everything I asked for! He went above and beyond also - checking some things I didn’t even think to look for. I will definitely rehire John for any more plumbing questions or repairs I need. I highly recommend!

My water heater started leaking and I called guaranteed plumbing they were very knowledgeable and helpful with fixing our problem they walked us threw every step to get us a new heater I will definitely call them again if we have any other plumbing problems

We were in need of a toilet repair that was beyond our expertise. I found MKB Plumbing on Angie's List. They were the first to respond to my request for service. To my surprise they said someone could be out in the next hour or so. It was not an emergency situation, but given everything going on in the world, I was happy to have such a timely response. Harry, our technician, was courteous, on time and respectful. He not only fixed the main problem but fixed the minor issues with the toilet also. While at our house, I got him to do some other small projects that we had been procrastinating on like switching out a showerhead that was too hard to remove. I thought the pricing was fair for the amount of time and projects involved. I will definitely have MKB Plumbing on speed dial for our next plumbing needs.

Mike with ER Plumbers is very professional and knows what he is doing. This was our second time using this company and we requested the same person again because he was so awesome. He looked at our new problem and went right to the source and fixed it. He has never left a mess in our home. He had to cut drywall the first time we used them. He managed to minimize the dust and our clean up afterwards was a breeze. I would recommend this company over and over. Their prices are reasonable, they are kind and helpful and they are always on time.

Had several downspout/french drains that were full of tree roots. Scheduling an appointment with Jason was very easy. They notified me that they could come out a day earlier and sent another message when the technician was on there way. Duane arrived on time and quickly assessed the situation and made recommendations on the best ways to approach the issue. The drains were cleared quickly with no damage to the property. Very professional, courteous, and effective. Highly recommend giving them a call.
