I had a great experience with Wyatt Works and my service person Mike Orlando. My tub and kitchen sink were backing up and I had been wanting a garbage disposal installed. I called and a person answered the phone and was extremely helpful. She set me up with a scheduler and through texts I had an appt the next day. Mike arrived on time and he was so fabulous. He explained everything, gave me options, kept me informed on his progress and left the work areas cleaner than they were before. Everything is expensive these days so it’s great when you feel like you got great value for your dollar. Mike was such a hard working, pleasant, knowledgeable, professional service person. Mr. Rooter is our plumber of choice for a large, +/- 650,000 square foot, commercial property with 112 tenants. Mr. Rooter always responds quickly, is thorough and knowledgeable, and competitively priced. Since starting with this firm 2 years ago, we have used no other plumbing contractor and do not plan on switching going forward. Charles was WONDERFUL! He came to unclog our shower drain but we've been stuck in the house because of the shelter in place order, and boy did we talk his head off! But he remained professional, did his job and humored us by being great company. This was a late call, but he was still pleasant and took the time to explain the problem. John Raymond was my technician and he did a great job. He went above and beyond making sure everything was covered under my home warranty. He was enthusiastic about wanting to fix everything I needed. He also made sure I knew everything he was doing and actually taught me some simple things as he went. Ask for John! We moved to Charlotte recently. After moving into our new home, we realized that there was a leak under the bathroom sink. Tommie checked it out and explained that it was caused by a pinhole leak in the faucet valve. Rather than just charging us for a new faucet, he researched the faucet and it was covered by a lifetime warranty. He gave us the 1-800 number to call to request a replacement faucet at no charge. In my opinion, this was going above and beyond. Thank you, Tommie!

Ritchie Plumbing was great when they came out and fixed up our kitchen. John and Jim were very professional and reliable. The problem was diagnosed quickly and they had all the materials and equipment they needed to have it all fixed up right away. The rates were very fair as well!

Additionally, the associate that manages the phone and office was very personable. It's becoming rare to call a business and get a real person these days. It is easy to recommend this plumbing company to others.

Brett was so professional. Our school had a major leak and some sewage issues and he was able to come out and fix it in 2 days. He also worked with our schedule to ensure there was no disruption. We will be using him in the future.

Stan was amazing. We suddenly had issues with water backing up in a ground floor tub just has family arrived for Christmas. Stan was here within an hour of us calling for help. He was incredibly knowledgeable, took extreme care in his work and detail in explaining what he was doing. John and his assistant did excellent work at a very fair price. I am going to be recommending them to everyone I know. I so appreciated his patience in drawing pictures and repeating concepts I didn't understand.

We needed a new septic pump which MKB installed very promptly and perfectly. Then our pipes went hay wire and we were unable to use anything, from the toilets to the kitchen sink. Mike spoke with me all weekend and even had someone here Friday, Saturday, and himself on Sunday. Everyone was kind and professional and made my needs a priority, taking time from their weekends to ensure our problems were fixed and fixed correctly. 10 out of 10 highly recommend.

ER is the best. Over the years we have had several plumbing jobs performed by them. A couple of situations were emergencies and they got right out here and fixed the problem and cleaned up after. I recommend them to all my friends as well.
