Professional, courteous, and SUPER FAST :-). Between my quote and them arriving at my door- was 25 mins flat! I had a bathroom sink that has been clogged for FAR too long and they fixed in about 5 -10 minutes - and it is finally clog free. If you need a plumber they will not disappoint.

Ted showed up and has a great attitude. I explain the situation to him. He listened until I was done. He said let me take a look. A few minutes later he said I see the problem. Ted started the job it didn’t take him long to fix it. Ted explained to me some of the many services that Option One offers. I do need a few extra things fixed. Option One will be my first call for any plumbing needs

Mike was kind and respectful, explained his work in a way I could understand, and allowed us to provide payment and finished his work while we were gone. He then sent a full report via text and email with photos of his work and thanked me for my business. Final bill was exactly the price given at the estimate. Kenneth with IRV Plumbing, Electric and HVAC was extremely helpful in fixing our HVAC. He faced a few challenges where I’ve seen other companies give up. Kenneth stayed here to ensure the job was done right. He made using the company very worth it.

We came across an issue with our kitchen sink drain line when we were remodeling our kitchen. We had met with two previous plumbers, one of which said they would be able to fix the issue but didn't, before we found Ritchie's Plumbing. Not only was John able to fix this plumbing issue at a reasonable price but he came back and did additional work for us a few weeks later. John is trustworthy, a hard worker and goes above and beyond. If I ever need any plumbing work in the future, I won't hesitate to reach out to John.

Andrew the technician was courteous and on time. He was able to find the source of the plumbing leak and replaced the leaking water heater the next day. He went above and beyond to check for other leaks and issues I brought up that may have been caused due to the water heater. Price was reasonable and his service was spot on. Will work with again.

Had a challenge with my toilet and I called because of the amount of great google reviews. It was also closest to my house. They picked up right away and was able to schedule a technician to come to my house in the next two hours.
The tech came 1 hour later and I was highly appreciative. The solution was easy and they had the part (it was just a broken handle). It cost me less than $200 and I appreciated that they did exactly what I needed they did make future recommendations about what could need to be fixed in the future.

I will definitely keep them in mind when I need another plumber.
