We were in desperate need of a new water heater. I emailed Queen City around 10pm and at 8am I received an email and a call from Diane to schedule someone to come out and quote us on two options we were looking at. They came out, talked us through a couple options. We went with the tankless they came out the next morning to install. Paul Glover was so nice and very knowledgeable talked us through everything he was doing and discussed some future reno plans we have coming up and options with plumbing which was very helpful. We had a small hiccup and our old pipes had clogged the system and we weren’t receiving hot water so I sent an email about the issues we were having again this was around 8/9pm and again DIANE ARNETTTTTE!!!! She responded to my late night email that SAME night. Said she will work on organizing the electrician and Paul to come out first thing in the morning. She called me at 8am to insure they will both be out and gave me a time. Paul came out again and was so friendly, apologized for the inconvenience and took care of the issue. We now have endless flowing hot water! So excited! Thanks again Queen City Plumbing!

I had a 20 year old water heater in need of replacement. Cody was very friendly and professional. He let me know all my options without pressuring me to choose one. Everything was explained and easily understood including the costs of my different options. I would be very happy to work with Cody again should the need arise.

Josh did an awesome job! He finally fixed my washer drain line which has plagued us for two weeks. He even checked out our shower which wasn’t on the call ticket. Christina in the office was super helpful and accommodating to get us scheduled. I will definitely use them again and will choose them over other plumbing companies in Charlotte.

Great company to work with. William answered my call on Super Bowl Sunday and arrived at our home to review the situation since the hot water heater was leaking. Because of our situation, they moved the installation to Monday the next day which was Valentines Day. Dustin, the installer, worked all day to complete the installation. He stated he would not leave until we had water especially hot water. He finished around 7:30 pm. What a dedicated employee. Thank you Dustin and Mr. Rooter Plumbing for completing the job with such care and efficiency .

Daniel from Option One Plumbing was hands down the best plumber I've ever had to deal with. He had a lot of work to do but got it done in a timely manner and had a good attitude about it which was nice.

FAST! PROMPT! These are just two words that describe this recent service call from Roto-Rooter at 1700 Orr Industrial Drive in Charlotte. The Serviuce Technician, Gary Rose, indentified my issue that we were experiencing with toilet. He immediately gave me a quote. The entire problem was repaired in approximately 30 minutes. Wow, I am impressed.Gary is a great plumber.Living in a 1938 built home, plumbing issues do occur. We always use Roto-Rooter at Orr Court Industrial location. As a customer, one can count fast, courteous service from knowlegeable people. Thanks, Roto-Rooter for another job well done!

Used this company twice for two different plumbing issues and have gotten courteous and transparent service both times. Bill came out to exactly to what was quoted. One of the times I personally was not home, but another time I was walked through each step of the service performed which made me confident in the quality of work. Hopefully no more plumbing issues for me but I know I can always count on these guys to help out.

Brett was awesome! Fit us in at short notice, was very professional and explained everything he intended to do before starting the job. I had the part and he trusted that it was correct and what I needed for the repair without questioning me. He gave me the total price for the job before he began and it didn’t change afterwards. His apprentice/2nd Plummer Andrew was a courteous and hard working young man. Over all a very positive experience and I would recommend them both to anyone who needs plumbing work done. I will be keeping his number for sure!

Kelly was a huge help over the phone. After speaking with her we realized that I was being quoted way too high by another company. Matthew came to my house that same day and replaced my ancient water heater in a very quick and professional manner. I would absolutely use this company again.
