David and Alex did a great job replacing two toilets and installing a water pressure control valve. They were here pretty much all day due to additional repairs that had to be made to do the installation properly. They were friendly and non-intrusive. We are completely satisfied with the job they did and will call on Ben Franklin for any future plumbing needs.

Two workers arrived about twenty minutes after my call. They gave me an estimate and immediately started the job. I was kept informed about what was discovered and the solution. An hour later everything was in order. I highly recommend them.

We had a great experience with Mr. Rooter, Matthews was great. He would show me pricing upfront and have me sign it before doing anything. There was no bad surprise on the invoice and service was great! I will recommend Mr Rooter to anyone who has plumbing issue. I certainly will call them next time.

I was referred to All About the Pipes by dozens of local families on a community facebook page and could not have been more pleased. They were prompt in coming out, quickly diagnosed a problem we had experienced for 2 years (and previous plumbers missed), and fixed the issue. Our technician even went above and beyond putting in a safety strap on part of the water heater where one was previously missing just because he noticed it wasn't there. Our technician, Tony, explained and diagnosed are problem. He was thorough and efficient. Tony is an excellent communicator, took the time to explain the problem, what to look out for in the future, and maintenance concerns. We were charged by another very reputable company, butvthat misdiagnosed the problem. Tony saved us quite a hassle .

Ritchie Plumbing was great when they came out and fixed up our kitchen. John and Jim were very professional and reliable. The problem was diagnosed quickly and they had all the materials and equipment they needed to have it all fixed up right away. The rates were very fair as well!

Additionally, the associate that manages the phone and office was very personable. It's becoming rare to call a business and get a real person these days. It is easy to recommend this plumbing company to others.

Used this company twice for two different plumbing issues and have gotten courteous and transparent service both times. Bill came out to exactly to what was quoted. One of the times I personally was not home, but another time I was walked through each step of the service performed which made me confident in the quality of work. Hopefully no more plumbing issues for me but I know I can always count on these guys to help out.
