Everyone from the person who answered the phone to the dispatcher to the technician were very friendly and courteous. Jeremy was helpful and explained everything he needed to do. They came the same day I called and I was happy to have the job done. I do feel like it was a little pricey but I was in a bind and they got the job done.

Chris called me back within 15 minutes. He helped me turn the pump alarm off and flush the tank over the phone. He then came over and replaced the pump float in about an hour's time. Chris was very professional and kind. Thank you so much.

Brett was able to find a replacement water heater during this time of shortages and install within 4 hours of our call and on a Monday! Sergey was my plumber and he came to fix my leaking garbage disposal. He arrived promptly after he called to inform me he was on his was and he was very personable which I like because it shows me he likes his job and cares about his customers. He quickly assessed the situation and gave me an affordable quote so I asked him to do the work. He explained the process clearly to me and gave me a very accurate estimate of the time needed to complete his job. He started and finished the job in an efficient manner and made sure I had the instruction manual for the disposal incase I needed it and showed me that he had taped the utility tool next to the disposal if that was needed. He tested it out and asked if I was please with how it operated. It was flawless and I appreciated his dedication and talent. That is why I chose Roto Rooter because they have a reputation for quality and professionalism. I also liked the fact that Sergeys truck was very neat and tidy both inside and out which shows me he takes pride in his job and it showed in how he handled the job. I would recommend Sergey and Roto Rooter to anyone who want quality service at an affordable price. I will definitely request Sergey again if I have another plumbing need!!

Under full disclosure, All About the Pipes, is our one and only Charlotte plumbing digital marketing client. We've actually turned away a far amount business as it wouldn't be fair to have conflicting opinions and priorities.

Anywho, I had an issue with the ejector pump at my house, which we've just bought 2 months ago. Didn't even know what an ejector pump was until 2 days ago until I got the smell of...is that what I think it is, run to the trashcan smell. One of the perks of our fancy new house (outside of a broken ejector sewer pump and faulty wiring and lots of other pleasures) was a home warranty. So when this thing broke I called them up ASAP. They sent out these 2 pluming brain wizards who were planning and prepared to tear the whole thing out of the ground to the tune of $3500. Seemed a bit off especially because they didn't look at it but whatever. So I call my friend and client Chris w/ AATP up at 6:30 or so last night and he says be careful and don't do anything crazy...I'll be in there first thing in the morning. So, Chris shows up on time like he said and jumps into descrambling my crazy story I'm telling him while he's tearing this pump apart. He immediately diagnoses the problem, which was a $30 part, goes and picks it up and installs it. All the while he's telling me how this system works and maintenance and all kinds of other plumbing related things in my house as well.

Bottom line. In all aspects of your life, work with people that you know, like and trust. Chris and the entire team at All About the Pipes are true professionals. Don't waste your time with anyone else.
