Adam and Russ came out to help me with some issues in the home I just moved into , the water pressure was reading 110 psi and my shower handle/valve was ruined and leaking Russ dug up my yard in the freezing cold and rain on a Sunday no less and professionally installed a shutoff valve and a pressure reducing valve so that my house could be serviced and also safeguarded fromHigh water pressures . During attempting to repair my shower we found that someone had already attempted to rebuild it and going into the wall was necessary , both guys were considerate , patient and professional and actually pretty chill guys . I understand the quality of work and what it costs to hire professionals for what needed to be done . I’m very satisfied with the work Adam and Russ put in they really went above and beyond ! and now I can actually feel peace of mind in my home . Thank you - Jason

I called this afternoon and left a message about an issue with our garbage disposal. I received a call back within 10 minutes and was told someone could be there later this afternoon. I got a call when Chad, the plumber, was on his way. Chad arrived, took a look and fixed the problem in less than 20 minutes. It was fantastic! He was very nice and professional. We are very satisfied with the whole experience and would highly recommend their services to anyone.

Excellent plumbing company! The staff were very knowledgeable and professional. They were able to identify the complicated sewer pipe problem very quickly and kept me well informed of the progress. Strongly recommended.

So here's the deal, the techs told us if we gave a good review, we'd receive 10% off. It sounded like a no brainer until our sump pump failed and another company told us we were over charged for a repair that did not solve our problem. Our takeaway is, always get 2nd or 3rd opinions and be wary of special deals.

The technician, Joe K was awesome and professional. He was quick to discern the problem and installed what was necessary quickly and efficiently.

Hands-down the worst company I have ever dealt with!! Could not fix the same problem at our house! We have paid a lot of money and the problem still exists! When we asked for them to come out and fix it correctly the owner Chris said they will no longer come to the house and work on our pipes!! Stay away from this company!! They never fixed it right the first couple of times but kept taking my parents money! We will be calling whistleblowers and using the full extent of my job at the Better Business Bureau so that nobody else will have to experience this !!!

I was very impressed with Charlotte plumbing masters when I booked my appointment and the communication leading up to their arrival, it was professional. However as soon as the two gentlemen arrived they looked at the area for 5-10 minutes and came back to my house with a quote for $1,100. I was surprised because we were told one part needed repaired. When I said I would need to talk to my husband but we’d probably move forward he explained the service fee wouldn’t be waived if the decision/service wasn’t immediate. I felt he was condescending. We had two other plumbers come out, 1/2 and 1/4 the price. Our job has been completed. I would not recommend Charlotte plumbing masters based on my experience.

Tony at IRV was awesome! He was professional and thorough and explained everything he was doing every step of the way. IRV was super helpful as my plumbing needs turned into an emergency situation. They got me in same day, and Tony even helped me find a restoration team to help expedite the process of fixing my house. I will definitely be using IRV Plumbing for all plumbing needs!

John and Brandon were both super friendly while efficiently doing what had to be done. They came to fix what I thought was a clog in a drain to a sink. Turned out to be a clog in a more major line which required substantial more time to clear. They happily stayed until they made sure everything was working correctly. Arrived when expected, cost reasonable and very competitive. Will gladly recommend them!!

McCoy was a great experience for a bad situation. We had a clogged sewer liner from root growth but they responded immediately and resolved the situation. Quote was spot on and they left the site cleaner than it was when the got here! Highly recommend

Van, our plumber, was very professional. He got here ahead of schedule and completed his task in an extremely timely manner. He observed social distancing guidelines and wore appropriate PPE. Which my family truly appreciated. If i need to call professional plumbing again, I would call Roto-Rooter for sure. Hopefully they would send Van again.

First thing Mr Reggie was on time he found out the problem in a timely manner. Reggie explained what needs to be done and was helpful with the questions I ask. Very professional guy thanks for your help Reggie hopefully u can return to fix our problem. Also Reggie was very respectful to my home I told him he didn’t have to put on those shoe covers but he insisted to wear them very professional company.
