Professional, courteous, and SUPER FAST :-). Between my quote and them arriving at my door- was 25 mins flat! I had a bathroom sink that has been clogged for FAR too long and they fixed in about 5 -10 minutes - and it is finally clog free. If you need a plumber they will not disappoint.

My first impression was Imani, the dispatcher, she displayed exceptional phone etiquette and made me feel like I was their only call of the day. This was a big job that took 2 days with 2 technicians to complete.The technicians, Vinton & Jason, were professional, courteous and the quality of their work was excellent! They arrived on time, came prepared, never complained and answered all my questions. They even cleaned up the dust/debris both days before leaving.Overall, this company exceeded my expectations!! With the recent storms we experienced standing water in the basement; come to find out, it was due to roots that had burrowed their way into our sewage line. WyattWorks saved the day! This was the most professional experience I’ve had with a plumbing company all year. I’d been trying to get in contact with a service for over 8-months, no avail! I’ve had serval companies say they’d call back or that they were coming but never showed. The customer service from scheduling down to my technician was amazing.

I was backing out of my drive way in matthews plantation subdivision. Rotorooter van all of sudden passed me in a subdivision. Lincence plate was DW-9113. I know this is supposed to be service review but if they are willing to drive that recklessly in a subdivision (to pass the car that is in front of them) I don't want to even think about what they do to your plumbing.

Under full disclosure, All About the Pipes, is our one and only Charlotte plumbing digital marketing client. We've actually turned away a far amount business as it wouldn't be fair to have conflicting opinions and priorities.

Anywho, I had an issue with the ejector pump at my house, which we've just bought 2 months ago. Didn't even know what an ejector pump was until 2 days ago until I got the smell of...is that what I think it is, run to the trashcan smell. One of the perks of our fancy new house (outside of a broken ejector sewer pump and faulty wiring and lots of other pleasures) was a home warranty. So when this thing broke I called them up ASAP. They sent out these 2 pluming brain wizards who were planning and prepared to tear the whole thing out of the ground to the tune of $3500. Seemed a bit off especially because they didn't look at it but whatever. So I call my friend and client Chris w/ AATP up at 6:30 or so last night and he says be careful and don't do anything crazy...I'll be in there first thing in the morning. So, Chris shows up on time like he said and jumps into descrambling my crazy story I'm telling him while he's tearing this pump apart. He immediately diagnoses the problem, which was a $30 part, goes and picks it up and installs it. All the while he's telling me how this system works and maintenance and all kinds of other plumbing related things in my house as well.

Bottom line. In all aspects of your life, work with people that you know, like and trust. Chris and the entire team at All About the Pipes are true professionals. Don't waste your time with anyone else.

I am very disappointed in the quality of care that I received from Charlotte Plumbing Masters. I booked an appointment a week ago and was told not to use my shower until the technician was able to come back with the parts for the repair. I had to wait an entire week to not use my shower. I called the day before to confirm my appointment for the following day. The appointment was scheduled for the technician to arrive between 11am-1pm the following day. They called me on the day of the appointment at 12 pm to say that the technician was unable to get the parts on time even though he had an entire week to do so. She then told me to reschedule for Monday and I have not used my shower for an entire week and she wanted to reschedule for another day which would be a total of 9 days without a shower. This is very unprofessional and I just thought that you guys should know about my experience with this company before choosing Charlotte Plumbing Masters.

Tony arrived within the time window provided, assessed, and resolved the issue with our tankless water heater in minutes. He also took the time explain what to do in the future if we lose power and temperatures are below freezing.

Hired them over a year ago for some extensive work in my crawl space...at the time, I felt like they did a good job for a fair price. I called them back for additional work and they wanted $500 to put a check valve into a pipe and seal a connection...the plumber continually quoted fixed rate pricing...WAY TOO EXPENSIVE for the simple work requested...I will not call them again.

Great service from Ritchie Plumbing. They fixed a broken sewer pipe for me in Charlotte for a very reasonable price compared to the competition. Friendly, prompt, quality service, and a fair price. I will definitely call them again. Rick

Reed was great. He set up the plumbing to my newly renovated kitchen. I had bought a new faucet that had a manufacturing defect that Reed had brought to my attention. After I purchased a new faucet he came back out and installed the new faucet free of charge. Great Customer Service. Will use again in the future!

Van was really helpful and got our drain unclogged. He was already home for the night but came back out to help us.

I just had these folks do some work for me and they were amazing. Specifically Reggie and Jake- they were quick, did the job done VERY thoroughly and were so friendly. It’s hard to find plumbing contractors that are trustworthy but I finally found them! They will be my go-to people for now on!
