Best Water Line Replacement in Charlotte NC

Writing this for my neighbor that got totally ripped off by this company. Jeff charged $639 to replace a $25 hot water tank supply line. That is over $600 labor for a 30 minute job. Then quoted $3000 to replace it because it was 12 years old. That equals $2500 labor to install a $500 electric hot water heater. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

We had a big leak in a pipe somewhere ... since our water bill kept going up over a couple months ... but thought it was due to using irrigation a lot. Turns out it was the house water line and not the irrigation (which we thought since we had areas of our front sloped bermuda sod simply soaked). The plumber was not sure where to start digging and it would be hit or miss so instead of chopping up the nice lawn, he suggested a Leak Squad to pinpoint the leak underground. Finally got the Squad to come and he found it and marked it within 30 to 40 minutes. Then got Ben Franklin to come same day and dig up one bush and dig out the problem pipe and replace it. FINALLY! Stopped this incessant leak!

Wyatt Works was great! There's always something interesting at my house, and this was no different. They found something that three other plumbers couldn't find in the drain that was causing the backup. Highly recommend this company!

Marty was awesome! He came out tonight and installed my dishwasher that Home Depot took a month to tell me they couldn’t install! He was very quick and friendly!

I had a break in my main water line and put it an online request on Saturday morning. They had a tech out to scope the job within 2 hours.

Of the four companies I had come out, they were the only one who measured and checked all the existing piping for the job. I felt this was an accurate way to assess the job and avoid surprises to my checkbook. They were very detailed and took pictures of everything.

They had me scheduled within 24 hours after agreement and the team was great. Very courteous, helpful and prompt. Did what they said they would and more. It was a big job and I loved that they patched the driveway concrete and backfilled my yard. I recommend this company for their professionalism, great work and highly competitive pricing.

I called All Hours Plumbing when I had a broken pipe. They came out right away and fixed the problem . I would refer this plumbing company as they were on time and very professional.

The service we received was excellent. Stan was on time and gave us a lot of advice on maintaining clear pipes in our old house. He was quick and professional.

Hands-down the worst company I have ever dealt with!! Could not fix the same problem at our house! We have paid a lot of money and the problem still exists! When we asked for them to come out and fix it correctly the owner Chris said they will no longer come to the house and work on our pipes!! Stay away from this company!! They never fixed it right the first couple of times but kept taking my parents money! We will be calling whistleblowers and using the full extent of my job at the Better Business Bureau so that nobody else will have to experience this !!!

We moved into this house a year ago and one of the toilets never worked well. It finally stopped flushing and we called Charlotte Plumbing Masters. John Raymond was punctual, called when he was on his way, and held our hand through replacing our first toilet. He was very knowledgable, friendly, and we thoroughly enjoyed his visit. We have his card and plan on calling in the future! It was like having a friend over. Beyond excellent experience! He walked us through the options, and got the new toilet installed the same day. We couldn't be happier!

Pipe burst and we had no water. Tony and his colleague Jay came out and put in place a bypass so we could have water again. I also learned a lot of knowledge from them about plumbing in general. I definitely recommend them!!!
