Jason at Julian's Plumbing is a life saver! I could not turn off my bathtub faucet and Jason calmly walking through how to cut off the water in the condo I was renting. He let me send photos to him and he was so great at walking me through what to do. I hadn't even made an appointment yet! He came by the next day and was very quick and knowledgeable. He walked through what he was doing the whole time to teach me to know for the future. Him and his coworker wore masks the whole time and they were very safe the whole time.

I worked with Justin from Queen City today who came to diagnose a leaking in the crawl space of my house. He was very professional and honest with me about the condition of the piping abd crawl space. . The other technician Nasire who also came out to inspect it was very helpful and found that the old galvanized pipes needed to be replaced in the bathroom. I was very impressed with how reliable and trustworthy both workers were. The crawl space was very small but they managed to get in there and figure it all out. The estimate is reasonable and they will be doing the work asap.Thank you Queen City

I had an unexpected need to replace my water heater come up after it ruptured late on a Friday night (tip: battery operated water alarm saved the day!). The next morning, Adam came out to provide an estimate, and then Russ came out to do the install about an hour later. Along with his colleagues Russ Jr. and Richard, they did a great job. They explained everything well, worked with care, and were a pleasure to talk with.Yes, the big plumbing chains are expensive, but I figure once in 15 years, it's money well spent. I got the work done quickly and most importantly, done right. I'm very pleased!

Brett is an amazing plumber. He has handled everything for us from minor toilet repair to replacing faucets and toilets with new installs. He had also installed a complete whole house water filtration system. Brett is responsive, transparent with pricing and comparative options, and professional in his interactions. He is also willing to advise on the severity of problems and what can be safely delayed or adjusted to meet your budget. We've never had an issue with any work he has done at our home and recommend him without reservation.

The technician was good at his job and courteous. My only issue is with their dispatch service. I had a time a lot selected between 12 -2 pm. It got to 3:10 pm and I had to call to find out where they were. They told me a tech could be out in 45 mins but since we were closing in an hour I opted for the first available the next morning.

We are very pleased with the service that we received from Reggie. He took time to explain what he was doing. Our bathroom sink is functioning again. Thanks to a job well done.
