Best Water Line Repair And Replacement in Charlotte NC

I found myself a new plumber today. Called at 6:50 am with shower leak. Jason got here at 8, charged exactly what he said over the phone. Very reasonable. Thank you JP!

2/23/22 - Sooooo, I held on to my fridge magnet for Julian's Plumbing from 2017 when they came out for repair. Glad I did! Had leaky shower valve this morning & Julian's was out within 3 hrs. from when I called.
Just as professional and punctual as before. This guy knows his stuff.

I had a job that Justin the owner took on in 7/15. They did a reasonable job. He had used a lockbox to access the house which stored the key.He finished the job I paid in full immediately with out inspecting. Went to the house and discovered the key was missing from the lockbox. Called him several times with no reply. Finally talked with him which he confirmed he still had the house key. Over a month later I still have not received the key. He will not return my call.Update on 9/16/15 I did receive the house key via US mail. Over two months later after the job was completed. His explanation: He had been very busy.

Scheduled a visit with WyattWorks to provide options for replacing old water heater. They were extremely helpful and did not have a pushy sales approach. They actually recommended the cheaper of all options based on the feedback I gave for what I was looking for. Will definitely use them when I'm ready for the repair.

I was very pleased with the speed and the quality of service! I called just before closing, with an urgent but not emergency request. Chad was here at 8:00 the next morning! He quickly confirmed the problem, gave us an estimate of what the repair would cost, got the specialty part he needed, and got it fixed! (My dogs liked him too!)

This was the most professional experience I’ve had with a plumbing company all year. I’d been trying to get in contact with a service for over 8-months, no avail! I’ve had serval companies say they’d call back or that they were coming but never showed. The customer service from scheduling down to my technician was amazing.

The plumber was very prompt and knowledgeable about my issue, and offered recommendations. He evaluated the issue and resolved it quickly. The issue was a city related one, and out of my control. The issued required no work on his behalf, so I was not charged. Great experience! Thanks.

I used this company for an emergency water leak on a Sunday night. We had water from the 2nd floor down to the 1st floor. Chris Jones gave us an estimated time and arrived on time. He was able to quickly determine the cause. He was professional and showed us pictures and video of what he found. I hope to not have another emergency but will definately use them again.

After dealing with a clogged up kitchen sink and calling around for a few hours trying to find the best deal for my money, I decided to call Roto-Rooter and to my amazement they were actually the best price and the FASTEST to be able to come out to my house! Wow I was shocked because as I did, I am sure people think oh they are the highest priced ones but honestly...they were the cheapest!! The guy that showed up to my home was Hal, what a super nice and friendly guy! He was very knowledgeable about what he was doing and explained every step to me, and answered every question I threw at him. So glad I made the decision to go with Roto-Rooter!! If you want a lesson in superior service, Charlotte Plumbing Masters is the best! They were so accommodating and helpful when I called them frantically to help me with a broken valve. Tim not only put me at ease, but got someone out to save me really fast. Kyle was neat and quick to take care of the situation that left me with no water to my house. As a real estate agency, we use a lot of different contractors and by far,Tim and team have nailed it to deliver an amazing experience. Thank you so much for helping me!

I called Ritchie Plumbing to ask if they were able to fix a sink that dropped below the granite countertop. I was told by John, that they were busy right now but would try to fit me in the next day. He also stated he would call me back in a few hours once he, figured out his schedule. He verified my phone number and I waited until I would hear back from him. This was around 1:30 pm. Around 8 pm, I texted John asking if they would be able to assist us or if I should find someone else. Let's just say, I'm still waiting for him to call and/or text back. He also stated it would be around $500 which I agreed upon at the time. I would like to say, if this was something this company doesn't fix, then say it at the time. Instead, he decided to lie and keep me from getting something fixed. Not only did his lack of professionalism destroy any confidence in this company that I had obtained through these Google reviews, but I won't ever use them, nor will I ever recommend them to my fellow Realtors. If I was pleased with the results, I was going to use their services for a few other homes my company had purchased to ensure the plumbing was in stellar condition before listing the new homes we aquired. That's not going to happen now. I would not recommend this company due to lack of professionalism. Not only was I left waiting without even the common curtosey of a text back, but this pushed my selling process back, which has now cost me even more money than tha $500 he quoted me.

Now I'm so glad I did not use your services. Nothing you said below is true. You never mentioned once you were in NC, nor did you mention you weren't licensed in SC. All you said was, I'll check my schedule and get back to you in a few hours. It was a nice conversation and I fully expected you to call back. You seemed as if you would help us, but left us hanging. You must have me confused with someone else, because you never said any of that at all. As for the text. If the number you answered the phone on was a cell phone, then you have the text. You may forget my phone saves that sort of stuff.

All you had to do was tell me you weren't licensed in SC, and we would have been done. Neither am I dense or hard of hearing. You never said any of that. Good Day.
