Best Water Line Repair in Charlotte NC

I installed a new faucet in my home and was having water pressure issues. He was able to guide me toward a potential fix on the PHONE and it worked! No charge whatsoever. These are the guys/gals who deserve a shoutout for stellar customer service. 12/10 would recommend.

Ben Franklin Plumbing did an awesome job of replacing an old faulty gas hot water heater! Their response time to address my needs was short and amazing! I was very pleased with the skill exhibited by the installer, who was polite and professional! Afterwards, the gentleman from Ben Franklin Plumbing who came out to inspect the installation of the new hot water heater was equally as professional and thorough as the man who installed the new hot water tank. We had to get a hot water heater replaced quickly when ours started leakiing today. From the first phone call to wrapping up the job, WyattWorks was amazing! Mr. Rooter Plumbing not only answered my call at 9:30 pm, but came to my house within 30 minutes of the call. William, the Plumber, was dedicated to fixing an issue that AT&T fiber caused and was at my home until 3:00 am in the morning. Once the issue was diagnosed, William returned at 8:00 am to fix the issues and did not leave until the job was complete. These guys are professional, knowledgeable, and know how to provide exceptional customer service. I will be using Mr. Rooter Plumbing for all my home issues and emergencies moving forward. Can not thank these guys enough for helping in an emergency situation.

It was easy to set the appointment and the tech showed up in the window. The work was done efficiently and I was satisfied with his professionalism.

They did not Show up. They Provided with two different time frames they never showed up. I waited for 8 hours they didn’t even call to follow up. I called them they said they were going to call me back. They never did. Very disrespectful if they don’t have the time just be honest that way I could find another serious company.

Under full disclosure, All About the Pipes, is our one and only Charlotte plumbing digital marketing client. We've actually turned away a far amount business as it wouldn't be fair to have conflicting opinions and priorities.

Anywho, I had an issue with the ejector pump at my house, which we've just bought 2 months ago. Didn't even know what an ejector pump was until 2 days ago until I got the smell of...is that what I think it is, run to the trashcan smell. One of the perks of our fancy new house (outside of a broken ejector sewer pump and faulty wiring and lots of other pleasures) was a home warranty. So when this thing broke I called them up ASAP. They sent out these 2 pluming brain wizards who were planning and prepared to tear the whole thing out of the ground to the tune of $3500. Seemed a bit off especially because they didn't look at it but whatever. So I call my friend and client Chris w/ AATP up at 6:30 or so last night and he says be careful and don't do anything crazy...I'll be in there first thing in the morning. So, Chris shows up on time like he said and jumps into descrambling my crazy story I'm telling him while he's tearing this pump apart. He immediately diagnoses the problem, which was a $30 part, goes and picks it up and installs it. All the while he's telling me how this system works and maintenance and all kinds of other plumbing related things in my house as well.

Bottom line. In all aspects of your life, work with people that you know, like and trust. Chris and the entire team at All About the Pipes are true professionals. Don't waste your time with anyone else.

They came quick, were thorough, and explained everything I needed to fix my problems. The rates were much more reasonable than another recommended company and these guys were faster and more efficient with their time while in my home. I didn't have any doubts in the quality of work and what needed to be done was completed faster than estimated, which is also a nice surprise. Our well quit working at a very inconvenient time - I was in the middle of showering! After googling a few places and leaving messages and getting no responses, a neighbor suggested Ritchie Plumbing so I gave him a call. He answered my call and was able to get to my house within a few hours. The job turned out to be more work than expected, but he had everything he needed and was able to complete the job very quickly. He is also a super nice, very professional guy! He was very patient and knowledgeable. We are pleased with the work he did and will definitely use him again if the need arises. We highly recommend Ritchie Plumbing!!!!

McCoy Plumbing installed a sink in my garage last week. It was an excellent process. The scheduling was great, the plumber showed up on time and was very friendly. He did a great job of installing the sink and so far I love it. I've already used it a few times and it not only works great, but it looks great to. The staff kept the work area clean and made sure I was 100% happy before he left. McCoy plumbing when above and beyond. I will use them again in the future.

Guaranteed Plumbing is highly qualified, reliable, efficient and professional at a lower cost. They also offered us a complimentary water test that was quite alarming! We were highly satisfied with our experience overall and will continue to use them for all of our plumbing and water filtration needs!
