Best Water Line Plumbing in Charlotte NC

I've used Julian's Plumbing on several occasions and they've always been spot on! I've dealt with Jason and he's not only courteous and professional, but he's super knowledgeable and willing to explain the problems and solutions in full. These guys are A+ and I highly recommend them!!!

Ben Franklin Plumbing did an awesome job of replacing an old faulty gas hot water heater! Their response time to address my needs was short and amazing! I was very pleased with the skill exhibited by the installer, who was polite and professional! Afterwards, the gentleman from Ben Franklin Plumbing who came out to inspect the installation of the new hot water heater was equally as professional and thorough as the man who installed the new hot water tank. I can't say enough about these guys. Professional, friendly, timely, knowledgeable, courteous, and honest. All Hours Plumbing replaced my water heater and corrected previous installation errors. They were early to the appointment. Explained what they were doing and they held true to their original quote. I will not call any other plumber.

Used this company twice for two different plumbing issues and have gotten courteous and transparent service both times. Bill came out to exactly to what was quoted. One of the times I personally was not home, but another time I was walked through each step of the service performed which made me confident in the quality of work. My water heater started leaking and I called guaranteed plumbing they were very knowledgeable and helpful with fixing our problem they walked us threw every step to get us a new heater I will definitely call them again if we have any other plumbing problems
