Best Water Line Leak Repair in Charlotte NC

Jason from Julian’s is a great guy. I’ve had them come out a couple times to replace a fill valve, and had them out again to replace polyurethane line running to another toilet. Had an issue with the fill valve just outside of the typical warranty, and they worked with me to make sure we rectified the problem.

The main reason I leave this review is the customer service experience and follow up. Jason genuinely cared and wanted to make sure I was taken care of. You just don’t find customer service like Julian’s Plumbing does.

I have a well at my home. We lost water pressure on Saturday and by Sunday we had no water. Now if your water has ever been out you know how terrible it is. I have used Option One Plumbing before and I called them on Sunday and they scheduled a plumber to come out on Monday between 1-3pm. Tyler and Scott arrived at my home on time and after inspecting the system knew that it was a well pump issue. They went over all of my options and answered all of my questions and scheduled the repair for Tuesday morning at 9am. They were on time and made the necessary repairs and I had water that afternoon.
