Best Water Line Leak Detection in Charlotte NC

Well its a sunday morning of course...... having a water backing up issue , so i googled local plumbers and i found Julians Plumbing. I spoke with a great guy named Jason explained my problem he said he would come out asap or come out on monday morning whatever i wanted . i know bringing him out on a sunday would be more and he expalined this also. However after talking with my wife we agreed to fix it on a sunday...he called me back promptly and said he would be there within the Hour which he Was. He not only fixed the problem he took the time to explain what he was doing and what not for m,e to do in the future.., Jason did a Fantastic job and i would not only Use Him Again i would REFER HIM ALSO!!!!

Paul Glover was thorough, informative and helpful. He checked out the ejection pump system to make sure that everything was operating properly.

I was extremely pleased with the customer service and the equipment I received. First and foremost, I was called right back when I initially called and left a message with the receptionist. I was given an appointment the next day. The plumber/technician, Kim Knop, was on time and I was called ahead of time to let me know he was on his way. I was told exactly what the issues were and never felt pressured into buying anything. He was very knowledgeable and informative. I ended up getting a new water filtration system and a tankless water heater. The work that was done looked very professional and very neat. They even swept up afterwards. I highly recommend Benjamin Franklin for any plumbing problems you may be experiencing or if you have any heating or A/C issues.

Very professional from start to finish. Chris found the source of the leaks quickly during the original visit and also answered other questions I had. Ryan and his assistant were able to come out earlier than planned. They did a thorough job and resolved other issues that came up during the process with ease. I already have additional work scheduled and plan to use them in the future.

John Bird (#63) came by our house today to repair an issue with our shower. He was very courteous, professional and knowledgable. He was able to repair the shower very quickly. I would highly recommend him and Rapid-Rooter!

I had a spigot on a rental property pop off and needed it fixed quickly for my tenants. Called All Hours Plumbing and someone was there in about an hour and did a good job fixing it, for a reasonable price. I will be using them again.

Called in the morning and was able to get John (and Dimitri) out the same afternoon. We were having a problem with our gas range and it turned out that a regulator that should have been installed with the gas line never had been. They installed one for us and it's been working like a dream ever since. Highly recommend!

I wish every home maintenance experience could be this easy! Eddie and Lee were friendly and professional. They arrived on time and performed the work quickly and cleanly. They were very respectful of my home, which I appreciate. They worked separately, installing one toilet each, and it seemed like they got it done in no time at all. They even removed the packing materials from the new toilets, which I had purchased on my own. I chatted with Eddie about replacing my water heater and he gave me advice and a quote.
