Best Water Line in Charlotte NC

We had a clogged kitchen drain and was originally told by another company we would need an expensive additional service to clear the drain. We called Julian's Plumbing to see if they provided the service suggested by the first company that came out. Jason asked a few questions to better understand our situation and said they did provide the service I inquired about but he didn't believe we needed it. Jason was able to come to the property that day and was able to clear our drain within 10 minutes. He not only resolved the issue but saved us hundreds of dollars by not overselling services that were not required. We couldn't be more impressed with their service, professionalism, and most of all their integrity. Julian's Plumbing will be our go to plumbing company moving forward.

They 2 people that were on site were very helpful and were very willing to find a solution.

The installation of our new water heater and carbon filter was flawlessly done yesterday by David and his assistant. He answered all our questions and did the work in a very professional manner.We continue to be very pleased with the services we get from Benjamin Franklin Plumbing.

Very expensive. A leaky faucet and toilet cost 600 dollars. Ouch. I hope I don't have to call a plumber again,=-O. Then I have someone else to look at the toilet that they fixed and coming to find out that they put something on incorrectly which caused a new problem to be fixed....

Definitely Call All About The Pipes Plumbing!! Mary is the nicest and most honest person. She was able to determine the problem with my sewerage instantly. She told me right away that she was going to work on my issue to get my pump repaired. She found my motor and schedule same day service . I highly Recommend this company. Our technician, Andy, was outstanding. I called HomeServe and am So pleased I.R.V. Plumbing answered the call! Stressed that my toilet overflowed because it shares a line out of the house with washing machine AND ruined a section of my wood floors! Andy came in, inspected, assessed, explained, repaired (cleared) the line and even cleaned the floor area before re-installing my toilet. Awesome!

We were very happy with our experience with D R Jordan plumbing. We had a major issue with water backing up in our sewer lines which was causing the water to come up through the drains and not drain properly. We were so happy when Reid called and said he could fit us into his busy schedule. Reid’s price point was better to than the pricing compared to some of the bigger companies. He fixed our issue with minimal effort. Thank you very much for the great experience. Would definitely recommend this company if plumbing is needed.
