I will never use this company again very unpleased with services i got charged 2,000 dollars for toilet being clogged then their was no pipes cut or they did not remove my toilet nor did they do wat they charged for on the in voice john and larry was terrible and un clean not to mention they lied about being at my house 2 hours the were there 30 mins tops i got a quote from another company and they told me $300 i will never ever use this company

All Hours Plumbing deserves more than 5 stars. Im not a review good or bad kind of person but I have to give Brett and his guys a pat on their backs. Hot water heater went out at 10am Thurs morning, by 12:30 that afternoon Johnny was out to diagnose the problem and give me a quote to replace my 15 year old water heater. I called Thurs evening to let them know I wanted to ahead with the replacement and they had it replaced with all new tank,piping,fittings etc by 11am on Friday. Very impressive,professional,fast, and competent company and staff. THANKS AGAIN ALL HOURS PLUMBING.?????

I researched a number of plumbers to replace my hot water heater. The reviews, Angie's List and more gave me confidence in their skill, competence and integrity. They were also lower cost than two other estimates, so I chose them. The staff was very helpful and professional and patiently answered my many questions. Very pleased with them and highly recommend them.

We have a leak on an outdoor pipe on our Rinnai water system. Through our warranty company, Charlotte Plumbing Masters was sent to our home. At hello, one of their plumbers was asking for the deductible. Within moments, the plumbers were calling for a gas leak(gas exhaust port), and criticizing the work of the Rinnai install. A plumber was soon on the phone with the warranty company griping about the complexity of the fix. The warranty company declined the repair...
The men never actually approached the pipe itself and examined the issue. It seems clear they did not come to do the work. They were on our property long enough to secure their fee, grovel, and then run off. It seems as if they do warranty business contractually, but not in spirit. They took our hard earned $100 and split. It is a legal way to steal.
I spoke with the with the office manager who endorsed their thievery.

Bliss came out to clean our tankless water heater. They were very respectful of the fact that I was on work calls, and located the heater and began work on their own. They were timely and arrived within the window. Generously they upgraded our cleaning to the deep clean free of charge! I’d 100% use them again!!

I called Ritchie Plumbing to ask if they were able to fix a sink that dropped below the granite countertop. I was told by John, that they were busy right now but would try to fit me in the next day. He also stated he would call me back in a few hours once he, figured out his schedule. He verified my phone number and I waited until I would hear back from him. This was around 1:30 pm. Around 8 pm, I texted John asking if they would be able to assist us or if I should find someone else. Let's just say, I'm still waiting for him to call and/or text back. He also stated it would be around $500 which I agreed upon at the time. I would like to say, if this was something this company doesn't fix, then say it at the time. Instead, he decided to lie and keep me from getting something fixed. Not only did his lack of professionalism destroy any confidence in this company that I had obtained through these Google reviews, but I won't ever use them, nor will I ever recommend them to my fellow Realtors. If I was pleased with the results, I was going to use their services for a few other homes my company had purchased to ensure the plumbing was in stellar condition before listing the new homes we aquired. That's not going to happen now. I would not recommend this company due to lack of professionalism. Not only was I left waiting without even the common curtosey of a text back, but this pushed my selling process back, which has now cost me even more money than tha $500 he quoted me.

Now I'm so glad I did not use your services. Nothing you said below is true. You never mentioned once you were in NC, nor did you mention you weren't licensed in SC. All you said was, I'll check my schedule and get back to you in a few hours. It was a nice conversation and I fully expected you to call back. You seemed as if you would help us, but left us hanging. You must have me confused with someone else, because you never said any of that at all. As for the text. If the number you answered the phone on was a cell phone, then you have the text. You may forget my phone saves that sort of stuff.

All you had to do was tell me you weren't licensed in SC, and we would have been done. Neither am I dense or hard of hearing. You never said any of that. Good Day.

I have personally used McCoy plumbing at my home and in a professional setting as a GC. I can’t express the gratitude and the expedient response to all our requests. Rick, Josh and Chris have baled me out many a time on the job site with their expert knowledge. I look forward to many more years of service from the experts.

I called around for estimates and they were prompt, price was reasonable and installation was flawless. I recommend them for plumbing services.

Recently we had a drain clogging issue out side of my house. We called Roto-Rooters for Drain cleaning service. Technician arrived with in 4 hours and they called every 1 hour and updated us about technician availability. The technician is knowledgeable and he diagnosed the problem in less than 5 minutes and he told me its very common issue and happens to lot of people. He cleared clogge with in 5 to 10 minutes with a power tool. I am happy with the process but only reason why I am giving 3 star is because of there prices. Its very expensive, I paid $520+ with tax for the 10 minutes of work. For small jobs they should price reasonably to make it affordable for small home owners.

And final surprise statement from technician its cleared as of now but it can clogge again anytime soon ?
