After consulting a friend in the construction business, we knew this was going to be an extensive and costly repair, so we focused on plumbers by reading reviews and decided to go with Queen City plumbing.After getting our quote, the process was easy to schedule the day for repairs. Paul Glover and his team (Donald, Dekota, and Vinton) arrived on time and performed the repairs as described. They were professional, communicated expectations clearly, and restored the property as best as possible. They even reseeded the areas of the yard that was impacted from the construction work.Based on our experience, we would recommend Queen City plumbing based on the work product and professionalism.

Will actively avoid Benjmain Franklin Plumbing for the rest of my life and will warn others of this company.---Had Bill Ferguson to replace the toilet seal in the bathroom. While he did complete the job and we've had no leaks since the replace, his attitude was surprisingly short and temperamental for meeting with us the first time. He was insistent on using his own parts, even though they didn't fit or were something he personally didn't use. For example, he tried fitting his own PVC flange when the one prior to his service perfectly well and he insisted on using two wax seals (rather than one larger seal or the Sani Waxless seal that was on top of the original PVC flange). When I made the point that I was more comfortable using the seal I had previously, he became argumentative with me and said he would prefer the two wax seals and that the non-wax seal wasn't used by BF and he doesn't know much about them. I personally thought it was a plumber's job to know about plumbing products. He told me that if we used that seal and it leaks it was on you. The whole job was not backed-up by a warranty, but I still disagreed with that logic given that he worked on it. After he was finished, he pointed out a drop of water (half-inch diameter) beneath the water supply to the toilet and claimed that I would need to call BF and get someone to service that. I've never seen a leak like that before since we had moved in, I told him, but that we would keep an eye on it.It has been as dry as a bone since then, which makes me think he was pulling my leg and trying to squeeze more money out of me, more than the $400 for a toilet seal replacement. I understand Bill and the company have a priority to make money but if you see someone who is a college student, driving a car that's almost a quarter of a century old, and claim they aren't interested in having more unnecessary work done due to extremely high costs, then you do not try to squeeze more money out of them. That was the last straw for me and which led me to type this review. The only thing Bill offered me was a 6-month warranty on the wax seal. All this is why I sternly believe there has to be a better plumbing service than BFs in Charlotte and why I think people should avoid them at all costs.

Our technician name was RB he was on time which was very important and very communicative of what the problem was and didn't take all day to fix the problem

They came out for a sewage back up problem. They explained everything to me and said it was the main sewer line that was the problem and needed to be replaced. They said it would fix the problem. After having sewage back up into our shower, we felt relieved that this was going to prevent this problem. 2 weeks later and the same problems came back. They came out and said it would take another 3-4 thousand dollars to fix the problem. I instead called a better rated plumber who found the problem and fixed it within 10 minutes (a blockage by the road). No problems since! They acted more like salesmen than people who wanted to fix our problems. Will never seek their assistance again.

Option One is my go to for plumbing. Professional and clearly explain repairs.

One fella can't drive

We have the tallest toilet you can buy. It was spinning and rocking as the original installers used all plastic pieces and nylon bolts and nuts. Eric came out and solved it all with all metal flanges and bolts & nuts. We feel safe again. Highly recommend them!

We had a plumbing issue in the late evening and called to see if we could someone out ASAP. As promised our tech Lian texted when he was on the way. As it turned out there was a clog somewhere between the house clean out and sewer clean out. He explained two access options to resolve the problem and explained that one service was more expensive. We wanted to go with the least costly which involved going through the house clean out; however we were unsure where it was because we had only moved in two weeks earlier. Lian was so helpful in looking for the clean out and with our permission, got a shovel from his truck and moved mulch around looking for it in order to save us money. The service was a bit pricey but it was not any different than our expectation. In addition we were given an estimate after he identified the problem and he went the extra mile to help keep our cost as low as possible. He worked very hard and was very friendly and professional! We really appreciated the quick response and resolution so that we could get back to normal the next morning. We will definitely call them again if we have another plumbing emergency!

Found these guys on Angie's List. We needed a basement sump pump and the main pressure valve to the house both replaced. They explained everything that needed done and they cleaned up after themselves . I would recommend this plumber to a friend or neighbor.

I have used Bliss plumbing for multiple years and always had a good experience. The biggest thing I like about them is that they charge a fair amount and don’t try and scare you into doing 10 other things you really don’t need. I had Jessie most recently and he was great. Knew his stuff, worked quickly, and explained everything before he did it.

Newman came out & diagnosed our issue extremely quickly. He fixed the issue in no time, and tidied up after he was done, even cleaning up my mess where I'd tried to fix it before we called IRV Plumbing, Electric & HVAC. We will be using these guys again - friendly, very quick & professional.

Brett was so professional. Our school had a major leak and some sewage issues and he was able to come out and fix it in 2 days. He also worked with our schedule to ensure there was no disruption. We will be using him in the future.

Excellent customer service! Our AC unit went out at 6pm on a Friday afternoon and they were at our house and working on the unit with in 30 minutes. Not only was he here in 30 minutes he had the parts the next day getting us back up and running. Other companies would have taken two day to get out to evaluate the issues and another two to three business days to get parts. If you want quality service do not hesitate and call them now!
