Nobody does it like Julian's! This family owned business is knowledgeable and innovative like a large company but small enough to make you feel like you're more than just a number. Their experienced techs are always availalbe to rescue you from your plumbing and heating service woes--i'm convinced the owner sleeps with his phone under his pillow WITH his eyes open!

He arrived within an hour of being called. The problem was much worse then we thought, but he was finished quickly with the repairs. We will definitely share with our friends and neighbors. Josh was the technician.Renee Earle

Terrible experience! We called the day prior and had scheduled a service call. Girl took down information and told us a tech would be there and call 30 minutes prior on the next day. Told us the service fee was $57 and they would then tell us what the issue was... service tech arrived thinking it was a tank water heater, we have a tankless... he did absolutely nothing to the system and just asked questions. No hands on and no help whatsoever... he then proceeded to tell my wife $320 just to look at the system... this was not discussed on the phone! ABSOLUTELY terrible he walked out the door charging my wife $57 for a uneducated conversation! This is unacceptable... my wife called after the tech left and they said nothing they could do about it! I’m glad I wasn’t home for the bill because this is uncalled for to charge for ZERO service... I would have been glad to take you to the gas station and put your $5 in your tank for both yours and my wasted time. I feel like they took advantage of my wife... as a service member i will NEVER use or refer this terrible service again! Thanks for nothing

I called to schedule an appointment with a technician from I.R.V. I spoke with Kim who could not have been more courteous! She provided excellent customer service & was very pleasant to speak with.My appointment is Monday & with the great service Kim provided I am certain I will receive the same from the technician.

John Ritchie did a great job of adding a second water faucet to my house. The job only took about an hour and the price was much better than what I would be quoted by one of the larger plumbing companies. I will definitely be using him in the future.

Brett is an amazing plumber. He has handled everything for us from minor toilet repair to replacing faucets and toilets with new installs. He had also installed a complete whole house water filtration system. Brett is responsive, transparent with pricing and comparative options, and professional in his interactions. He is also willing to advise on the severity of problems and what can be safely delayed or adjusted to meet your budget. We've never had an issue with any work he has done at our home and recommend him without reservation.

Needed corrugated pipe from main gas line into home replaced. Had already cut away drywall to expose said pipe. Asked for an estimate and was told they would send someone. Tech called me on way said they would do estimate but if I chose not to use them would charge $79. As a first time customer I have no idea if they would have given me a fair estimate or not but a bit unreasonable to think I have to pay them if they come up with some ridiculous $$$ amount for repairs. Several other local co were happy to give free estimates and complete the work.

That said they were very polite & may do great work. Just wary of businesses that are unwilling to sell themselves on their services to develop a customer relationship.

Recently we had a drain clogging issue out side of my house. We called Roto-Rooters for Drain cleaning service. Technician arrived with in 4 hours and they called every 1 hour and updated us about technician availability. The technician is knowledgeable and he diagnosed the problem in less than 5 minutes and he told me its very common issue and happens to lot of people. He cleared clogge with in 5 to 10 minutes with a power tool. I am happy with the process but only reason why I am giving 3 star is because of there prices. Its very expensive, I paid $520+ with tax for the 10 minutes of work. For small jobs they should price reasonably to make it affordable for small home owners.

And final surprise statement from technician its cleared as of now but it can clogge again anytime soon ?
