Jason came out, assessed the problem, explained to us exactly what was happening and what to expect, and was out the next day to have it resolved. Found this company online. Had a problem with the city about water usage. Our technician was Ted, I can't express how impressed I was with Ted. Arrived on time, service truck spotless and knew what he looked like via text before arrival. He listened to what the situation was and went right to work. Gave our house a thorough inspection, and took the time to explain what he found. He even explained our 3 options and what would be involved with each. I highly recommend this company and am glad they employ people like Ted. Update, needed option one services again. Had such good luck with Ted last time I requested him again. Ted installed a main waterline shut off valve. He gave me the cost upfront and went to work. Very organized and timely. Ted is a great representative for this company.

The technician Eric and the owner were fantastic to deal with. When no other local plumbers would give me the time of day, All Hours Plumbing were literally at our house in an hour after my call. They diagnosed the problem with our fairly new water heater and were able to coordinate the warranty replacement with the manufacturer and a local parts supplier. The work itself was done in under an hour and the install was clean and efficient. Really good guys, definitely folks you want to trust with your plumbing work. Thank you guys!

Found these guys on Angie's List. We needed a basement sump pump and the main pressure valve to the house both replaced. They explained everything that needed done and they cleaned up after themselves . I would recommend this plumber to a friend or neighbor.

Great same day service by Reed to fix a gas inducer motor that Morris Jenkins wanted 40%$$$ more to fix!! Reed is my new HVAC go to guy!!!

Both reps were very professional. Took the time to explain in detail what had occurred. Even provided tips on how to maintain and prevention. Rep was able to snake the drain and open. Appreciated the extra effort taken to snake 2 additional times after clearing to assure immediate issue was cleared. 2nd rep also took camera down the drain and showed me 1st hand what was being seen. Appreciated that transparency. Service was excellent!

Reggie arrived on time and knew immediately what the problem's' were. He looked under the sink, then he went to his truck and put together the pipes he needed (gluing the ones that needed it). It was amazing to watch him work. He was fast and efficient, while being professional and courteous.
