On time! Professional and personable with the attitude of getting it done right! I highly recommend this company, especially the gentleman that fixed my plumbing issue.

I am a widow and I first called Roto Rooter. The guy tried to take advantage of me financially. Extremely bad. I later called Queen City Plumbing and they sent a very nice plumber by the name of Cory McCree. This gentleman was punctual and very honest. I really appreciate that not all people are dishonest. He fixed the problem at a very reasonable rate and was very courteous. Company’s need to appreciate employees like Cory because that is what generates repeat customers. Thank you very much.

This was our first time that we have used Benjamin Franklin, but it most certainly will not be the last! Travis Hammonds was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. He represents his company in an excellent fashion and is the reason (along with very reasonable rates) that we will be repeat customers. It feels so good to know if there is ever work we need done that we have someone to count on!

I think WyattWorks deserves more then five stars, but that's all I'm allowed.
My gas water heater was not producing hot water so I called the gas company, figuring the pilot light had gone out. The guy they sent claimed he restarted the pilot and left. Maybe he did, but soon I wasn't get hot water anymore. So I called WyattWorks late on a Sunday and was able to speak on the phone with a real person (how unusual is that?). I was told their scheduler would contact me first thing in the morning, which they did. The company then kept in touch so that I knew exactly when their technician would arrive. They even send a short bio about him so I knew who to expect. Turns out the problem was a defective gas control valve and their technician, Brian, knew that as soon as he saw the brand of water heater I had. He even had the necessary part on his truck so he could make the repair on the spot. No waiting to get spare parts!
My experience with WyattWorks has been first rate. In speaking with their representative on Sunday, their scheduler, and Brian, I felt this company really cares about their customers., and I certainly will use them again if the need arises. In fact, I've asked them to bid on some plumbing renovations I want to have done in my bathroom. Great company to work with!

John Ritchie did a great job for me. Replaced my water heater and updated valves. Arrived quickly after I called(8pm on a Wednesday), very informative, quality of work was great and fair price.

We got a price quote from them and they came out to look at the job. The guy was rude and said he wouldn't put in toilets from lowes or Home Depot because they were cheaply made. He also would replace the vanity because he didn't replace the cabinet portion. On top of all that just to change the faucet, drain, and shower stuff on the bathtub/shower combo he said he wouldn't have to cut a hole in the wall to see if the valve needed to be replaced and that would be $700 without it being replaced and he couldn't give us a more in depth quote for that until he started. Basically is you don't buy from their warehouse then he won't replace toilets or sinks. They want to charge way OVER price to do things half ass because they don't replace that or won't. Company policy it is a joke and funny thing is I know people that use this company and highly recommended them and after this they said they wouldn't be using them due to the price gauge. What plumbing company doesn't replace the WHOLE vanity? He said we would have to hire someone to replace the cabinet portion and he would put the sink in. Needless to say we didn't hire them and I recommend nobody else hire them.
