Best Water Heater Repair / Replacement in Charlotte NC

My old water heater died. Justin replaced it with a new tankless one that day. Couldn't be happier.

I had a pressure switch replaced on my well, the connectors were bad and Wyatt’s replaced them for me under warranty.

Our water main broke during the snowstorm and we were without water while Charlotte water dragged it's feet and allowed thousands of gallons to pour out into the street. Ryan from Mr. Rooter saved us. He and his counterpart promptly got an excavator and dug a trench to repair the main pipe. He was extremely courteous and friendly and they finished the job with minimal collateral damage to our yard. Really happy with the speed and communication from Ryan and his team.

This was the most professional experience I’ve had with a plumbing company all year. I’d been trying to get in contact with a service for over 8-months, no avail! I’ve had serval companies say they’d call back or that they were coming but never showed. The customer service from scheduling down to my technician was amazing.

Tony did an incredible job during the initial consultation and explained step by step what needed to be done to replace my tankless water heater. When it came time to replace the water heater Tony was on time and completed the job on time. I would definitely use Bliss Plumbing again in the future thanks to Tony and the entire support staff!
