Best Water Heater Install in Charlotte NC

Very rude. I only called for an estimate and the man on the phone was rude and belitto. Treated me as if I had no idea what was going on. I was able to manage most of the problem and then he was very indirect and snippy. I would never use a company that spoke thay way to a customer Over the phone reguardless of the good reviews.

LaCie and the crew were the best! Amazing quality and workmanship!!! They remodeled our bathroom. Will use them again for our kitchen remodel!

Kim did an excellent job installing our new tank-less water heater. Kim was extremely knowledgeable, polite and he even worked throughout the weekend so that there would be no downtime for the business. I would highly recommend Kim for any plumbing issue.

They were great. We needed open vents added to our pipes on the outside of our roof. They handled the request professionally and efficiently. We have no problem using them in the future if we have any issues.

My wife and I moved into our place 3 weeks ago and it has been hectic juggling work, unpacking, heatlh issues, dog issues, etc. We have a toilet downstairs and I noticed it was working properly so I used a plunger and all kinds of sewage came up through the shower drain and made the house stink.I'm working and am stressed out cause everything seems monumentally huge with all of the the things going on at the same time. Chris and Mary are heroes! I was surprised to see my studio floor soaking wet this morning. Apparently, the master bathroom sink drain pipe in our older home had rusted completely through and all of the water my wife and I had used this morning had seeped through the floor to my studio below! All About the Pipes has been my first call for over a decade, and within an hour of my conversation with Mary, a plumber was on the way. And not just any plumber - all of theirs were on other jobs - so Chris, the owner of All About the Pipes showed up. Within an hour or so he had the P-trap replaced, had a new faucet installed, had cleared the water lines of air and reset our re-circulation system! I know full well that Chris had better things to do, and could have easily just put me on a wait list. But that's just not how they roll. And for that I am very grateful!

McCoy Plumbing has fixed/replaced many things for us over the past several years: our hot water heater, bladder tank, shower heads and leaky pipes. I have called in a panic each time and someone has always answered the phone. On a couple of occasions we actually needed a well or septic company and they were able to tell me who to call after I texted a few pictures of our issue. They’re great!!

My water heater started leaking and I called guaranteed plumbing they were very knowledgeable and helpful with fixing our problem they walked us threw every step to get us a new heater I will definitely call them again if we have any other plumbing problems

Reid came to repair leaky outside faucet he was quick, responsive, very personable, fair pricing, he was mindful of my flower bed and cleaned up promptly behind himself. Will certainly use him again.
