Great experience with Queen City Plumbing. Nas did an exceptional job fixing the disposal and the communication throughout the process was great. Very quick too! Also managed to fix something unrelated.

If you read no other review, read this one!!! There is no way, we would have accomplished our remodel in time and with this level of quality without Rodney B!! Rodney B has that unique level of ensuring everything he completes is just as if he is doing the work in his own home ... add that he has what we call 'Rodney OCD' which we appreciate because he shows he cares! It is equally great to see how much his new partner Lauren cares ... she takes the time to prep one job while Rodney finishes another! Thank you, Rodney!!

Have a leak in water line and this company had two very nice gentlemen come out to access. After trying their best to find the leak, cutting out concrete drive …etc. they would need to get another crew out to fix the following day. Unfortunately, that was over 48 hours ago and I have been without water for 2 days and they have yet to call regarding what is going on. Still no water, no follow up call, no call at all! All it takes is a simple follow up call and they would’ve been aware I am still without water. I understand that I may not be a top priority but communication is key. Owner of the property has reached out several times and nothing! Very unprofessional. A phone call would be appreciated, even if to tell us this is beyond something they can fix! Willing to update review if things change.

We discovered a water leak under our hardwood floors at late in the afternoon. Our restoration company’s initial assessment suggested having a plumber come out to locate the source of the leak {toilet? supply line?} to halt the flow of water. At 4:48pm.

By 5:53p we had confirmation a technician from Mr. Rooter would arrive that evening. Matthew was amazing, knowledgeable, personable, and thorough. Call them!

Scott was very experienced and took the time to diagnose my water heater and explained what he saw which was no leak. Since the water heater was old i decided to replace it. Turns out the leak was hiding from us. I was pleased with with work Scott did

I am new to country living and was unaware that flushable wipes don’t go well with the septic so long story short it backed up and the pipes burst Stephen came out he was very professional and honest about what needed to be done and the pricing was reasonable I was amazed at the time he completed the job thanks again

John Bird was our tech and did a fantastic job. Very friendly and knowledgeable and will have them handle our plumbing needs going forward.

I had a broken sink valve on a Sunday (of course) and had to turn off the whole house water supply as a result. I called Roto-Rooter and with in a couple hours they were at my home. Jeff repaired my issue in a very timely manner and explained the process so I could understand what went wrong and the best way to resolve in the future. I highly recommend Roto-rooter.

Some times we all need a new water heater. Finding a good company is a roll of the dice. Well I called Charlotte Plumbing Masters and set up an appointment and was told they would show up mid afternoon I was thrilled when they showed up late morning instead. Their reps are professional and very courteous. I highly recommend Charlotte Plumbing Masters and will call them again for other needs.

John did a great job repairing my dishwasher water line. Came out twice to be sure it was working correctly. Very thorough! Would recommend and use him again for any future plumbing needs.

We had Reid come out to the house twice to work on some heating issues. He was extremely friendly, polite and knowledgeable. Reid went the extra mile that I am not sure other companies would do. He also explained what he was doing, why he was doing it and even showed me what he was doing.
