Best Water Filtration Maintenance in Charlotte NC

I installed a new faucet in my home and was having water pressure issues. He was able to guide me toward a potential fix on the PHONE and it worked! No charge whatsoever. These are the guys/gals who deserve a shoutout for stellar customer service. 12/10 would recommend.

Queen City Plumbing proved to be an excellent choice for helping us with our plumbing emergency. We experienced a blockage in our main sewer line, which caused a backup in all our indoor plumbing. We were unable to use the toilets or showers. After failed attempts to find a plumber through our home warranty company, we decided to go with Queen City Plumbing. Reading through their reviews and knowing they were a local company, we figured it was our best bet. They were able to come within hours of our call for help, provided excellent service throughout the whole ordeal. They explained the problem, told us what needed to be done, and how much it would cost. The whole crew that came to help were very professional, courteous, and we would definitely call them for any future plumbing needs.

Got onsite quick, however they tried to unclog line for a little over an hour, charged $800, then told me the line would need demoed into the sales floor. I sent other plumber out who cleared line in a little over an hour for $500 bucks. Office manager did not return call either

AAA City Pumbing was able to get a technician to my house within an hour when I had a shower that would not turn off. My house is over 100 years old and does not have a shut off for the whole house. Dave was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained wheat was wrong and what needed to be done. He had the problem fixed in about 30 minutes. Wonderful customer service!

Nealleigh Rice was awesome! She completed the job and told us what we could do to prevent the plumbing backup from occurring again. I hope ALL Roto Rooter field technicians are like her but I honestly don't want to have to call Roto Rooter and findout :-) fingers crossed for no more plumbing issues.

Sunday evening realized kitchen and bar sinks were having major draining issues. Submitted request via email. They called me first thing Monday morning and juggled their schedule to accommodate us. The tech, Dustin was great as was his colleague that also was there. Both followed Covid procedures. The owner was extremely helpful on the phone to help us too. Had a follow up visit the next morning and all went smoothly. Very dependable, prompt and quick to help us when we were having plumbing issues. I highly recommend this company. Good people.

Reed has done a terrible job! Very sneaky, unethical and worse, a messy fella! We had to hire someone else to fix his mess!

We have used E.R. Services for a few years now and have had great service each time they come out to help. Professional service, friendly and kind phone staff that's helps us get on their list for someone to come out. We usually get someone out to our house the same day we call. They always show me their work and explain what they did before they leave and also give me a firm quote before they start any repair work so I can make a decision on what I want them to do. So easy and they do great work! I would recommend them to all my neighbors and friends.

Mr. Ward and his team came out to install a new hot water heater, water softener, and a couple of outdoor spigots for us. Would highly recommend using them if you are looking to have quality work done. The owner and his guys were very respectful, professional and most importantly knowledgeable. I really liked the fact that they seem to stand behind their work. Their prices were comparable with the prices of other companies we received.

I called Phoenix Plumbing & Restoration out for a clog in my kitchen sink. We had some grease build up. The took care of my clog quickly. Their prices are fair as well. I will be using them for any further Plumbing issues.

I have had Presidential pluming out to my house 3 times now for different reasons. One they came out to detect a leak, two replace all of the toilets in my house, and now to change the garbage disposal and snake 2 sinks and 2 tubs and they are hands down 5 star service!! Joe in particular is very friendly, informative, knowledgeable, and just all around good dude you would want to have a beer with! Lastly all of the times I have called they have been out to service super fast and the communication leading up to and following is impeccable. If you are searching for a plumber look no more. I will not use another plumbing service, EVER!

We had a very poor experience. Not transparent and not professional.

Put a request thru Thumbtack to 1) diagnose & fix a breaker issue & 2) replace single window pane. RYN Description clearly states $95/hr in headline description. After back & forth correspondence, RYN sets arrival time btwn 11am-12pm. By noon, with no show & no communication, I text RYN twice by 12:15. No reply. They call at 1245 and we set new time for 1:30.

After arriving, Raul(?) goes to breaker and fixes issue within 15 minutes. When I ask the for that bill, he replies $275, 3X the amount they post online. This without ever informing me of the expected price before starting since it would be exceedingly more. I state that no more work is to be done, politely ask RYN to leave & I will pay the breaker bill in cash as he will accept no other form of payment.

At the end, Raul(?) drops the bill to $200 but I'm still disturbed that RYN would try to gouge customers vs was they publicly display. Needless to say, we will not work with RYN again.
