By far the best plumbing service in the area. Brenden went way above and beyond to do a quality job installing natural gas lines in my home. He communicated the details of what would be done and was easy to exchange thoughts on the different options we could take. He is very knowledgeable in all aspects of plumbing and electrical work. And the cherry on top was the cost... best price and the best work. Thanks!!! I'll be sure to use their services again.

I have had Presidential pluming out to my house 3 times now for different reasons. One they came out to detect a leak, two replace all of the toilets in my house, and now to change the garbage disposal and snake 2 sinks and 2 tubs and they are hands down 5 star service!! Joe in particular is very friendly, informative, knowledgeable, and just all around good dude you would want to have a beer with! Lastly all of the times I have called they have been out to service super fast and the communication leading up to and following is impeccable. If you are searching for a plumber look no more. I will not use another plumbing service, EVER!

My elderly parents needed their water pipes and spicket to their laundry room line replaced and this company was very responsive. The first company I called never answered the phone. We wanted to support small and local business. After reading the reviews, I decided to give Presidential Plumbing a chance. I spoke to Danny to schedule the initial estimate visit and he was able to get a technician out the very same day. I was surprised they could do so. Gary came to assess the damage and completed the repairs. My parents said he was prompt, cordial, and great at his job. He was on time. They sent a text letting us know when they were on the way so we could track where they were. My parents are very pleased with his work! Highly recommended!!! We will definitely use them again and let our friends know!!! You do not get this kind of quality service anymore. Do call them for all your plumbing needs and repairs!!! ?

I had the main water valve go bad!! It had a high pitched whistle every time we turned on the water!! We called a local big name plumbing co, and they told us we had to replace our water heater for up to $5000!!! I called Presidential Plumbing and Gary responded in 1 hour and correctly diagnosed our problem as the water valve and fixed it in 20 minutes for $325!!!!! Great job!!!

We had a water filtration system put in our home. Last summer my hair turned green from all the chlorine in the water (I don’t have a pool). The crew came out and met with my husband who is in service and sales for a living. I was blown away by the service and skill of the guys who came to work on my project. It was a big job -- installing a new master water line and replacing a broken sewer overflow pipe. Other plumbers I had out to bid on the job felt that the excavation on my hill would be too challenging, but Stonewall from Presidential Plumbing said no problem. He guided that big excavator like a surgeon. It was very impressive. I highly recommend this company for all your plumbing needs!

Presidential Plumbing was recommended to me by a friend and I am extremely happy with the service. I called and made an appointment and was told Danny would be here the next day between 9-10am he was here promptly right after 9. He’s actually the owner of the company and he is very professional and does an excellent job of walking you through the process of your repair. He diagnosed my problem and quoted me an estimate and was able to complete the work the same day. Everything was done in a timely manner, he cleaned up 100% behind himself, and the final price was exactly that of the quoted estimate. He’s was extremely pleasant and personable through the experience and really takes a lot of pride in his work. I highly recommend him for any plumbing needs you may have. I will definitely use presidential plumbing again anytime I need work done in the future.

Danny, the owner of Presidential Plumbing, just finished some work at my home. I am very pleased with his performance. He is very knowledgeable, highly skilled and did a great job. I had first contacted a large plumbing company to provide a work estimate. The quote the plumber gave was way too high. I declined and was charged an $80 service fee for the quote. TIP: Any plumbing company that charges a fee just to provide a quote knows their services are not competitively priced. Tell them “thanks but no thanks” then hang up the phone. Danny did the work for a lot less than the other company had quoted. How much less? The big plumbing company quoted $1,560 for the job. Danny did the work for $600. Needless to say my wallet and me were very happy. Highly Recommended!

Had a great experience with Presidential Plumbing in Charlotte. The person on the phone and owner who did the work were both professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. We recently had a sewer backup in our garage and in one of bathrooms. I called the main office, and Erica was extremely helpful in fitting us in Presidential's packed schedule. Chris and Eddie came by, looked at the problem, and spent a lot of time hearing our concerns and answering our questions in detail. The owner, Danny, also showed up shortly thereafter. They were extremely committed to helping us at a time of need, and built confidence with us that they could get the problem corrected quickly. They committed to the timeline and finished the project within the timeline they presented all while providing us with a very reasonable, fair quote. They are honest and straightforward, and they do not try and take advantage of their customers. We have finally found our plumbers for the long term and, in fact, hired them to work on some other projects. Those other projects were also completed according to plan and price! I would highly recommend Presidential for all plumbing issues if you are looking for an honest, straightforward, and committed plumber now or in the future. The owner takes pride in his business and reputation, and his team does as well.

Our water heater started leaking from the bottom so we reached out to Presidential Plumbing. I immediately felt like they cared. They had someone out the same day to take a look. We opted to go tankless.
Eddie and Chris were out the next day to install.
They were very professional. They got the work done quickly and kept the work area clean.
A few days after the install we noticed a problem with the water temp in our kitchen. I called into the office and was told someone would get back to me.
They did! Far too often do companies, people say that they will return your call only for you to have to call them again.
Chris and Eddie came out the next day, put booties on their feet before coming in, and swapped out the faulty part in 10 minuets. They hung out for a few just to make sure all was working and then they were off.
I highly recommend this company. From beginning to end a pleasant experience.

The guys from Presidential plumbing did two jobs for me so far. Both times done quite well. The person I was dealing with the last time - Edi is very professional and pleasant guy. So is their phone person - Erica. Great phone manners and respect for the customer. She remembered me from the first job before I even told her all my specifics. We had an issue with the faucet in our downstairs master bathtub. The cold water side was hardly working at all. Called and spoke to Danny who was prompt to respond and got my faucet working in no time at all. Very professional and friendly and had us up and running on no time. I needed old plumbing replaced under my house and I used this company to do the work. Called them and Danny came out the next morning. He inspected the work that needed to be done and booked us for the next day. These guys were efficient and professional...and they didn't gouge us out of any money. Highly recommend these guys.

Danny looked competent while estimating but he ended up being a lousy plumber. Danny flooded my house. Danny did not care about the quality of his workmanship. Danny refused to correct anything. I finally had to get someone else to fix his work.

The First Lady I talked to was very professional.She gave great details on what to expect from the company once tech arrives. They would give a break down of all work before doing anything. This was not done and tech came the max 15mins chaulked area and told my wife what he did and left. I called wife thinking company was on the way to check out the issue. She explained to me they came and gone. I reached out to the company second lady answering the phone told me how professional the tech were. I was asking over and over what did they see how did they repair it..At the end my basement flooded because of the poor repair by this company.

Danny helped me when I was having a bad day. And it wasn't not even plumbing related. Helped me with my car, and made suggestions on a likely repair which it turned out to be. Aces. I would recommend this man in a heartbeat. Rare to find people like that today. Thank you.
