Russ performed our new hot water heater install quickly. He was very attentive to not making a mess and cleaning up. We are very pleased with his work. Our issue was with scheduling. The plumber that diagnosed the need to replace the heater indicated we would be Russ' first customer on Monday. No one had arrived by 10:30 nor had we been contacted about any delay. I called the person that had come on Saturday. He said Russ was on an emergency call and dispatch should have called us. I still had not hear from dispatch at 12:00. I called the field manager. He was in his car and did not have access to information. He said he would contact the office and have someone call us. Shortly after, I received a call from dispatch. It was explained that dispatch did not know we were scheduled for the first call. We would be next on the list. Their motto is on time or you don't pay. I asked if we would get a discount since we were not the first call as promised. Dispatch said she would check with her manager and call back. I did not receive a call back. The job required an electrician. The electrician called at 8:30AM and asked if the plumber had arrived. The electrician indicated that we would be the first call of the day. That is why I know that is was communicated that we were to be first of the day.

Mike did a total replumbing of out house and did an excellent job, he was accommodating to our needs and was very professional. This is the second project Mike has done for us and we will continue to use him

They were very easy to work with and made replacing my water heater a good experience. Marty was knowledgeable and friendly. He stayed extra late and and made sure we were up and running before he left at 9pm!

I used William Iliev and his team from Mr. Rooter over the past few years on two separate occasions. The first was when our sewer line from our house to the street had become clogged from tree roots growing inside our sewer line. Mr Iliev & his crew were on it the next day after i called & completed the work the same day.
On the other occasion, we had them hook up our new gas stove, replacing our drop-in electric stove. They connected to an existing gas line from our laundry room to our kitchen. When we needed an outlet to plug in our stove behind the counter, they did that even though electrical is not their primary business. The part they went over and above on, was our new stove was less than an inch wider & they cut our counter top to fit exactly. They worked with the city to come out, inspect and pass their completed work, which included installing a new carbon dioxide meter. They are professional, expedient & quoted the best price on the 3 companies we had give us quotes. I highly recommend using them for future projects or issues.

These guys were great for us. We had just moved into a new house with major plumbing issues. They converted many of our pipes to our bathrooms with PVC (they were cast iron). They were also very professional and sympathetic to our situation.

Each time I called this unpleasant, unprofessional business the call failed. About two days ago evening hours I spoke to a technician named John. I just had questions for him to help me understand the situation. In my opinion, he didn’t want to answer my questions so he abruptly hung up the phone. A day of so I telephoned the office and finally spoke to the Chief Executive. When I finally got her today to make a complaint she was rude and accused me of badgering her employees, something that I would never do to anyone . I was do offended with Dianne. Maybe I wasn’t the right color for this company ! I hate playing the race card but that is how the both of them made me feel. TJ & John were the plumbers here at my home. They never respected me enough to tell me something. John claimed that they didn’t know whether I was the homeowner or tenant They ran my water for long periods of time and on several occasions I had to asked them when could I turn the water off. All bathrooms tubs and faucets were running at the same time full speed. Now, I do know the water has to run at some point. Due, to my urgent situation with the City of Charlotte and Ansco contractors is were the unfortunate occurrence happened. To recap, Rapid Rooter
here in Charlotte, N.C never will I call this company on my behalf ever for know reason. They are lucky that someone believes in them because I don’t . They are not the sharpest tools in the box. People be aware !!!!! I am just glad that know money came out of my pocket! My report card for this company is straight FFFF across the board !!!

Reid Jordan from DR Jordan plumbing promptly came out and quickly successfully dewinterized the irrigation system. When I started the irrigation system after he'd left one of the sprinkler heads in an area-3 zone was defective and blew off. I called him back and he said although he didn't work on sprinkler systems he'd come out and see if he could fix it without charge based on an on-the-spot exam. He showed up promptly and diagnosed the problem: a broken sprinkler head. He then gave me a number to call for irrigation service and replacement of the broken head. In summary, I can't even imagine how the service could have possibly been any better. He's definitely my Number-1 guy the next time I need plumbing service!

I scheduled a backflow preventer check as required by the city. Roto Rooter was on their list of approved vendors. The technician was on time. Very polite. Followed instructions. When he presented me for a bill of over $300, I was surprised but I thought that all of the vendors recommended by the city must be similar. I found out later that some smaller companies will provide the same service for under $100. In addition, I had my own irrigation service checking the system a week later to install a new sprinkler control. He noticed that the backflow preventer was shut off. This is the first time I have had a negative experience with this company.
