It was a very long week. I had four different people in three days look at my issue and it still had not been fixed. Finally, when Austin and his co-worker showed up in the AM they started working right away, they ran into a couple of issues and even had to leave a couple of times but kept me informed and reassured me that my plumbing would be fixed today. They worked on replacing all of my piping until a little after 8PM. Although, they were a bit more expensive than others, the customer service and quality of work was worth it, I will continue to use Benjamin Franklin and recommend them to anybody that is in need of plumbing professionals.

Short appointment window for which they were on time for. Very polite. Great knowledge base. Good value.

The guys that came out to diagnose (Guitar and Cody) and fix problem (Casey and Josh) were friendly and quick and efficient. The prices were fair. The work was done within 24 hours. Charlotte Plumbing gave me multiple options and price points to work with to solve my plumbing issues. Really enjoyed my experience, and I highly recommend Charlotte Plumbing!

When I called, the dispatcher was friendly and polite and understanding of our issue. I had an out of town relative coming to visit, so time was of the essence. Matthew came out and stayed until the job was done, which was longer than anticipated -- and this was on a friday night. Poor guy. We liked him so much that he stayed for supper -- well deserved for his diligence and a job well done.

We've used Randy with Option One three times now and he's incredible. Very knowledgeable, skilled, and friendly. Today he fixed our fireplace gas logs.

I purchased a dishwasher from HOME DEPOT. The HD installers could not do the job so they called AAA City Plumbing and Carrie sent someone right out to complete the install. After waiting 2 weeks for my DW, HD was going to make me wait another few days to send someone out. Carrie and AAA came to my rescue immediately and I was able to start washing the dirty dishes that had stacked up right away.
They have the quickest response time I have ever seen. I told Carrie they should change their name to FLASH PLUMBING, because you call and they come in a flash!

Under full disclosure, All About the Pipes, is our one and only Charlotte plumbing digital marketing client. We've actually turned away a far amount business as it wouldn't be fair to have conflicting opinions and priorities.

Anywho, I had an issue with the ejector pump at my house, which we've just bought 2 months ago. Didn't even know what an ejector pump was until 2 days ago until I got the smell of...is that what I think it is, run to the trashcan smell. One of the perks of our fancy new house (outside of a broken ejector sewer pump and faulty wiring and lots of other pleasures) was a home warranty. So when this thing broke I called them up ASAP. They sent out these 2 pluming brain wizards who were planning and prepared to tear the whole thing out of the ground to the tune of $3500. Seemed a bit off especially because they didn't look at it but whatever. So I call my friend and client Chris w/ AATP up at 6:30 or so last night and he says be careful and don't do anything crazy...I'll be in there first thing in the morning. So, Chris shows up on time like he said and jumps into descrambling my crazy story I'm telling him while he's tearing this pump apart. He immediately diagnoses the problem, which was a $30 part, goes and picks it up and installs it. All the while he's telling me how this system works and maintenance and all kinds of other plumbing related things in my house as well.

Bottom line. In all aspects of your life, work with people that you know, like and trust. Chris and the entire team at All About the Pipes are true professionals. Don't waste your time with anyone else.

Tony Williams was timely and efficient! He fixed the plumbing issues in our neighborhood's pool house restroom, and the office staff took care of billing the HOA according to it's policy.

John and Brandon were both super friendly while efficiently doing what had to be done. They came to fix what I thought was a clog in a drain to a sink. Turned out to be a clog in a more major line which required substantial more time to clear. They happily stayed until they made sure everything was working correctly. Arrived when expected, cost reasonable and very competitive. Will gladly recommend them!!

After spending a week without hot water dealing with one company, they were able to get to our home and give us a new water heater the same day!!! Extremely pleased!

Brett and Andrew are a great team. Brett Installed a small stainless steel sink in lieu of a huge laundry tub. While Andrew replaced supply valves in guest and master baths with 1/4 turn type valves close to wall. Excellent. Exactly what I wished.

DR Jordan was on time. Competitively priced, knowledgeable, and able to rectify the issue to our satisfaction.

Ronald came out and fixed a leaking pressure-reducing valve. Got the replacement done in a real timely manner and was real friendly the entire time. Roto-Rooter has earned my business going forward.
