Best Water Drain in Charlotte NC

Called them at 10:30 AM, Jason showed up at 11:00 AM, took a look, quoted $250, got his machine, open the drain in 15 minutes, cleaned up, gave me a bottle of drain cleaner to use once a month and was out of here by 11:30AM. Great job, quick service. Could not be more pleased after having tried to snake it myself for over 2 hours. Well worth the $250.

Well one thing is for sure, I don't recommend Benjamin Franklin plumbing. They came out to give me a quote on a repair and told me that they couldn't fix it and that the entire line needed to be replaced. The technician told me that they would have to run a new line because there is no way to know where the leak was. I was like, I am pretty sure it is where the water is bubbling up out of the ground. Well it was! Then when I initially called to setup my appointment they were sure to point out that I had a little over $3500 available on my home repair credit line. So I told them to give me a quote for the easiest repair. Of course the quote was for $3500 plus tax which was almost exactly what I had available on my credit line. I don't understand how you can price a job without figuring how much line you would need using a messuring wheel or something. At least pretend there is a method to figuring your quote and not just sit in the van. Funny thing is I fixed the leak myself for $37 and that included a new shovel and hack saw. Think they may have been looking for a fool to get some easy money but I am not that guy.

Replace pressure gauge valve

Christine was very gracious and professional setting up the appointment utilizing text and phone to keep me abreast of the arrival of the tech as I was in a meeting at work. Once the tech arrived (after message from Christine stating he was 20 minutes away), Josh was professional and quickly assessed the issue and started the process of clearing the drain. He was able to resolve the issue within a hour.

I had a water heater rupture at my business, Mr. Rooter responded immediately and made what could have been a major headache a non-event. His team was courteous and effective. Mr. Rooter is the best!

Great company. My brother had a leak and AAA Reacted with urgency and quality customer service. They walked him through the process and made sure he understood his options. I would highly recommend the company to anyone in need.

T.J. was very helpful and it took less than an hour from first contact for him to come out and take a look, even for a non-emergency leak. He showed me exactly what the issue was and was quick and efficient on making the repair.

Brett and Erich provided extremely prompt responses to my inquiries prior to the installation. The installation was swiftly and efficiently done at a reasonable price. It was also a pleasure not being subjected to any of the usual contractor cross selling pressures. I highly recommend without reservation.

The good news- I called them first thing in the morning and was able to schedule the service. 90 minutes later the service tech was on site and within 30 - 45 minutes the problem was solved.The bad news - It ain't cheap! The service was $450 which is a ton considering that the service wasn't after hours or anything. There was a $75 off service coupon online but I wasn't allowed to use it as I was supposed to call it in beforehand.I needed it fixed and it was which is nice but the cost hurts so it will be peanut butter nad jelly sandwiches for me!

This company is very responsive and really knows their stuff. I had an issue that wasn't urgent but I needed fixed in order to cook. They fit me in the very next morning. I was so excited. Other companies told me next week! They were here on time and did a great job. They even checked on a couple other things for me since they were here. I highly recommend!

John Raymond is a total pro--very customer friendly. He alerts customers to problems and suggests cost effective solutions. I tend to not be overly-generous with 5 stars....but he's the standard.

Brett and Andrew are a great team. Brett Installed a small stainless steel sink in lieu of a huge laundry tub. While Andrew replaced supply valves in guest and master baths with 1/4 turn type valves close to wall. Excellent. Exactly what I wished.

Plumber came and fixed the drain in no time. Told me tips on how to prevent more clogs and how to clean up after dirty water had gotten underneath the cabinets.

GREAT SERVICE! Jeff H. (Tech 1080) was excellent, he was very verbal and communicated well with us & let me know exactly what the problem was after he listened to me explain. I’m thankful that he took the time to actually listen to the problem & didn’t try to guess and trial and error the situation. Thank you so much Jeff!
