I LOVE working with these guys. They're super-professional, efficient and respectful of my time, and they keep the business in the family, which I love. And LOCAL. Love that, too. They are chock full of knowledge and are very candid in their estimates and work required to get the job done. I couldn't be more pleased with the install they did for my gas stove. Any time I have a plumbing issue, I call ONE number and they're it. And those CROCS, y'all. A+ service, highest possible recommendation.

Paul and Rhett did an amazing job with a tough repair. Our sewer pipes were overtaken by roots and the Queen City team dug up the roots and pipes with ease. They had to access the pipes from a tough spot and horribly difficult hilly yard. We were so lucky to have them replace the pipes and clean up the yard. We used WyattWorks to shorten/change angle of a gas line going to a new gas range. It was a couple inches too long which wouldn’t allow the new range to be pushed back to the wall.
It took a couple days of back and forth and a little miscommunication on setting up an appointment but we finally got scheduled for a Monday. Not a big deal based on our situation but if we had something more urgent the scheduling process would be more unacceptable.
Shea, our plumber, showed up and was very pleasant nice guy. He assessed the issue and gave us the price. It was $741 (with tax) to shorten the line? After I recovered from a small heart attack I gave him the go ahead since we just wanted it done at this point. Shea had it done within an hour. He did do good work and took before and after pics that he sent with the receipt.
He also gave a quote for a hot water circulator, to get an idea on cost, which he quoted at $1760. I looked up the part online which is around $300.
So while I am satisfied with the work their prices do seem really high although admittedly don’t have other prices to compare them to.

Josh and Robert came to fix my water heater. They were great. Very helpful, helpful and fixed my issue. I highly recommend them!

We had the unusual problem of not being able to turn our shower off. We tried to fix it ourselves to no avail. Finally, at midnight, we turned off our water at the street. The next morning we called and in no time at all JT Kiker was on the job. After a trip out for parts JT had our problem repaired and actually took care of another problem while he was here. We couldn't be more pleased with the timely and cordial service we received.

I had surgery 6/25/20 and as always with great timing I had no hot water the next day!!! I called my neighbor since she just went through this she gave me All Hours Plumbing's number, Brett answered straight away I explained my issue and his response was we can be there in 10-15 minutes!!! I was shocked at the text I got 10 minutes later, they were there!!!!!!! And less than 2 hours later and the guys were done and I had hot water in an hour!!! Not ONLY was my problem taken care off but so fast, the guys were polite and wished me a speedy recovery!

I was kept well informed of the time the technician would arrive. Bob was skilled and professional. In addition to doing a great (and speedy) job repairing a leak behind the drywall, he educated me on the cause of the problem and the troubles with Polybutylene pipe.

We had 3 drains that were slow to drain. I had tried all I knew to attempt to clear them. Called All About the Pipes and Mike came the next day. Very knowledgeable and professional.. He explained all the steps he took to clear the issue. We have an older house with older plumbing so he finally was able to determine that the single blockage was affecting the two sink drains and the shower drain as well. By accessing the problem by way of the vent in the attic he cleared the obstruction with the result that all the drains are clear and emptying quickly and as they should.
Mike was efficient and thorough, and I couldn't be more pleased with the work he did.

John installed a recirculating pump on my tankless system. Now instead of waiting 2 minutes for hot water it’s there in 2 seconds. Life changing! John is reliable and dependable. I will definitely keep his number.

I wish every home maintenance experience could be this easy! Eddie and Lee were friendly and professional. They arrived on time and performed the work quickly and cleanly. They were very respectful of my home, which I appreciate. They worked separately, installing one toilet each, and it seemed like they got it done in no time at all. They even removed the packing materials from the new toilets, which I had purchased on my own. I chatted with Eddie about replacing my water heater and he gave me advice and a quote. I'll definitely be calling McCoy Plumbing whenever I need plumbing work done.

The woman I spoke with on the phone (Mary Jane?) was helpful and pleasant too. An all-round excellent experience.

Brett and his crew did an amazing job replacing the water heater in the attic of our home. He understood our family's need to be the least disruptive to our schedules, especially with running hot water, and made accommodations to start in the morning after our kids were off to school and completed the job before the kids came back home. His crew was very professional and fair. I recommend Guaranteed Plumbing & Construction and plan to call Brett for future needs and maintenance.

Needed corrugated pipe from main gas line into home replaced. Had already cut away drywall to expose said pipe. Asked for an estimate and was told they would send someone. Tech called me on way said they would do estimate but if I chose not to use them would charge $79. As a first time customer I have no idea if they would have given me a fair estimate or not but a bit unreasonable to think I have to pay them if they come up with some ridiculous $$$ amount for repairs. Several other local co were happy to give free estimates and complete the work.

That said they were very polite & may do great work. Just wary of businesses that are unwilling to sell themselves on their services to develop a customer relationship.
