We heard a leak underneath our house in the morning after losing water pressure. After shutting off the main line water, we were looking for a plumber. I called QC plumbing and they had a cancellation and had someone out within an hour. They fixed the problem quickly and efficiently. I was expecting a large bill, or an explanation of how many problems we had, but neither one happened. Great service, friendly, and professional. They also took the time to show us the problem. Very friendly. We called CP when another company didn't show, and CP came the same day. They arrived fast but didn't rush through the job. They made suggestions which demonstrated they were more thorough than others. The price we were quoted was reasonable & was the price we paid, no surprises. You can probably find cheaper, but you get what you pay for. Friendly, fast, thorough. We will use them next time we need a plumber.

They came out for a sewage back up problem. They explained everything to me and said it was the main sewer line that was the problem and needed to be replaced. They said it would fix the problem. After having sewage back up into our shower, we felt relieved that this was going to prevent this problem. 2 weeks later and the same problems came back. They came out and said it would take another 3-4 thousand dollars to fix the problem. I instead called a better rated plumber who found the problem and fixed it within 10 minutes (a blockage by the road). No problems since! They acted more like salesmen than people who wanted to fix our problems. Will never seek their assistance again.

I have used AAA CITY plumbing on 3 occasions. One to repair a garage disposal and fix a water heater leak. 2nd was to install a new Garbage disposal and also A new faucet in the kitchen. The last time we called them out to extend the flange for the toilet to sit properly after new flooring. Every time they were prompt. Gave you a definitive price before they start and always tell you to check online for discounts to apply before the work is completed.

TJ is fantastic and has such a great attitude. We had a drain problem but didn't know it was causing our washing machine to leak. We were on the verge of buying a new washing machine but TJ saved the day. GO TJ AND RAPID ROOTER!!!!!!!!
