Professional, courteous, and SUPER FAST :-). Between my quote and them arriving at my door- was 25 mins flat! I had a bathroom sink that has been clogged for FAR too long and they fixed in about 5 -10 minutes - and it is finally clog free. If you need a plumber they will not disappoint.

Excellent service and quality work. Jeff did a great job and cleaned up everything before he left. I have also used them for other upgrades such as a tank-less hot water heater and a water filtration system and have been very happy withthe products and their work. They offer free quotes and honest feedback aboutthe job. I would highly recommend them.

After doing a repair of a leaking pipe in our floor, plumber told us to stay out of the bathroom for at least 36 hours and to call when we have floor replaced so they can finish the job. When we went back into the bathroom,we found water leaking where they didn't replace a defective gasket. Bathroom was completely flooded. They sent a restoration team out who put down a dryer. They picked it up four days later and said they would be in touch to get everything fixed and make their mistake right.. It has now been a month, and we can't get a call back and the only communication we have had is to say they wouldn't fix the floor (even though it was ruined due to the flooding) and to ask when we would be paying them. So much for making it right. We still don't have a bathroom and no indication it will be fixed any time soon. My husband has been trying to get in touch with the Regional Service Manager for over two weeks, but we can't even get a call back. I have never had worse customer service in my life! I am not looking forward to taking legal action, but I am afraid we might have to. . I wouldn't wish this nightmare on anyone.

We called on Mr.Rooter for a sewer main backup emergency on a Sunday. The entire service process went very well, they responded promptly and communicated the arrival time. Travis the service technician was knowledgeable, efficient, and courteous. We are pleased and will call again (hopefully not too often).

Our technician Scott was very thorough and communicative about issues. He inspected our new home and gave us a lot of useful information. He did a major repair that required ordering parts less than a week after giving the estimate.

Chris J. and Chris M. did a great job replacing my old water heater. Their work was professional, detailed and complete. Great experience with these guys and I highly recommend Rapid Rooter.

I had a dripping sound in my ceiling downstairs when my shower was on upstairs. I called All Hours, and a technician walked me through checking my drain for a clog.
Turns out, I had a huge hairball clog in the drain, causing the water to back up. All Hours saved me from spending a lot of money, and I really appreciate that.
If I do need plumbing help in the future, All Hours will be my first and only call.

It appears that the drain was snaked and is working. But they were called on Saturday and didn't arrive until Sunday with no explanation. Then the technician broke something in the drain and we had to call back to have it repaired. I'm pretty sure the service was overpriced, I know they were a day late and I'm overall not impressed with the service.

We had a issue with our toilet that we wee having a difficult time resolving. We contacted All About the Pipes and they were exceptionally helpful, advising us on how to DIY the problem more efficiently. We also had to cancel and reschedule twice due to our work schedules and they were very accommodating and flexible. All About the Pipes clearly cares about what they do and their ultimate goal is to help the customer above all else. We were incredibly impressed with their demeanor, professionalism and responsiveness, and would highly recommend them for any plumbing needs you may come across. 5 stars!

John is not only super friendly, but super honest, and willing to work with you on anything related to plumbing. We had an issue with one of our fittings he had worked on, he came back out late and night, fixed it, and didn't charge us one penny.

Previously, John has worked on our drain lines, installed a backflow valve, and re-did the valves for our bathroom showers. All quality work done for a great price.

Brett and Andrew are a great team. Brett Installed a small stainless steel sink in lieu of a huge laundry tub. While Andrew replaced supply valves in guest and master baths with 1/4 turn type valves close to wall. Excellent. Exactly what I wished.

Called on a Saturday afternoon - Problem solved on a Saturday afternoon. Top tier service and only getting 5/5 stars because 10/10 is not an option.
