Our hot water stopped working, so we needed a plumber to come out at the last minute. I found Julian's Plumbing based on their Yelp reviews and I definitely understand why they have a 5 star rating.

They were able to come out the day after I called. He got my hot water back up without having to replace the water heater which was nice. It didn't take him very long to get it fixed. It was clear that he was very knowledgeable.

They communicate via text which makes it way easier for those of us that hate email and aren't always able to talk on the phone during the day.

They were very flexible and waived the credit card free for me too. They will also give you $50 off if you check in on Yelp.

They were incredibly patient and helpful. I would definitely recommend them and will be using them for any future plumbing needs.

I am very pleased with the service received from Benjamin Franklin Plumbing & of Adam Wahl, the plumber who serviced my home. Adam was friendly, knowledgeable, and effective. He efficiently diagnosed and addressed our issues, and he was patient to answer my questions. I found the late-night customer service agent who helped arrange Adam's visit to be very courteous and helpful as well. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would be glad to use this company again.

During our kitchen renovation, including the installation of a new sink, the original contractors did not consider the necessary plumbing and piping changes required. Other plumbing companies recommended an extensive and expensive solution that included cutting through our cabinets, walls, and pipes. Fortunately, Josh from Charlotte Plumbing was able to properly diagnose the situation and resolve our issue under two hours. We could not be happier with his work. His solution was effective, simple, and reasonably priced. Highly recommend!

Laszlo from Mr. Rooter came out twice. He did a fantastic job with excellent customer service. Many things were done to this older home. A new pressure relief valve was put in, the old one wasn't working, and the he also fixed a leak that was near the main water valve that the city didn't mention when they fixed the rusty main water valve. Laszlo spent two full days out here giving the home other upgrades such as replacing the water heater and corroded piping. It was quite cold on day two, but no complaints. Water pressure is now back to normal, and the water bill should be much better now that the leak is fixed.

Scott showed up early which was great. He was extremely thorough, checking multiple areas (shower, tub, hot water heaters, toilet, water pressure, etc.) to identify where the leak was that was showing up in my breakfast area ceiling.

He did not try to upsell me but did provide some information on areas that I may want to consider in the future. He took the time to explain several options as well as their philosophy.

He also gave me some advice on how to cover the stain in the ceiling temporarily since I am having a major event in a few weeks and did not want to undertake a major project which could be disruptive to the area.

Very approachable and a real delight to chat with!

We had a copper pipe major leak on Christmas day. Called AATP early the next morning and got a friendly receptionist who was able to quote me an approximate price to fix (ended up being ~10% below quoted (They also provide an additional $15 discount if you're on Angie's list, which unfortunately I'm not)). She was able to get the technician on-site within 30 minutes of my call. Technician was courteous and friendly, and quickly fixed the problem. Will be using them as my default plumber and highly recommend them to others looking for a good plumber.

John is awesome! I am working on buying my first home and wanted to have the plumbing checked out. I saw some of neighbors had recommended him via our neighborhood posting wall, so I gave him a call. He came out same day and patiently checked out everything I asked for! He went above and beyond also - checking some things I didn’t even think to look for. I wish every home maintenance experience could be this easy! Eddie and Lee were friendly and professional. They arrived on time and performed the work quickly and cleanly. They were very respectful of my home, which I appreciate. They worked separately, installing one toilet each, and it seemed like they got it done in no time at all. They even removed the packing materials from the new toilets, which I had purchased on my own. I chatted with Eddie about replacing my water heater and he gave me advice and a quote. I'll definitely be calling McCoy Plumbing whenever I need plumbing work done.
