Best Toilet Problems in Charlotte NC

Jason came out to replace our garbage disposal. When he got here, we realized the old one was still ok. He didn't charge me for the visit, what a good guy! We've called him in the past and will always call him going forward. Thanks Jason!

Open 24 hours so I was able to call in last night and request an appointment first thing this morning. Dave was very thorough in explaining the problem and offering solutions, including pricing, up front so I could make the best decision. Thank you for quick, quality work!

I worked with Seth to discover a leak somewhere on my property. It was quite a mystery but he tried a multitude of tests to narrow it down. He was great to work with and explained everything so that I could understand it. Prices for services are great too. Will be using them from now on for any future plumbing needs.

Well, he did it again! Scott is amazing!

Back in July he came out to investigate a leak, made a suggestion and said he would return if that was not the answer.

With special family events pending, I needed to wait but last week (5 weeks after the first visit) we began using the toilet as suggested and it started leaking.

He came yesterday - I called at 11 and he was here at 5 and stayed until almost 7. We discussed the options and to my horror (but agreement) he had to cut through the ceiling. He did suggest this as an option in his first visit and in hindsight, that wood was rotted, so it had to be done.

He found and showed me the leak in like 30 seconds.

He came back today with BJ (very helpful), pulled the old toilet, repaired the flange, installed a new toilet and even saved me a bit off the estimate since he was able to approach the repair in a different way.

The area is very clean and with his suggestions, I have a better toilet than I did before.

This guy is awesome - ask for Scott!! ?

This company is very responsive and really knows their stuff. I had an issue that wasn't urgent but I needed fixed in order to cook. They fit me in the very next morning. I was so excited. I contacted ER Plumbing late last night. Candie got back to me promptly this morning to see if I wanted to be set up today. She gave me a time frame and called to let me know that someone was on the way. Lance was personable and knowledgeable. His honest, professional feedback was refreshing, as was his prompt, excellent service. He took the time to explain what my issue was prior to repairing it. Excellent company and can’t recommend enough!! Came out day we called and installed a new water heater and installed/replaced additional other parts to bring ours up to code. Checked for any gas leaking multiple times to make sure all was safe. Highly recommend and very fairly priced!

Had a simple repair to replace a shower handle cartridge. $40 part and about 30 minutes of labor. Osbourne wanted to charge me $400 and when I said that was too much the technician said, well how much do you want to pay. What kind of business practice is this? Overpriced and then haggle to get whatever you can from me? Avoid at all costs.

Bryan was very good! His customer service was phenomenal. He is very knowledgeable and kept me informed of what he was doing every step of the way. I was pleased with the total service. And would recommend Zoom Drain to anyone having plumbing needs

Bryan was super friendly over the phone. Knowledgeable, detailed regarding my problem, and the only person to come to my home and do a through inspection of my needs for a recommendation. He was timely after another company canceled on me at the last minute. He is my plumber provider of choice from now on!!!

Quite concerned about the 5 stars this company has been receiving. Not only did we receive poor customer service, but we were also faced with the company's inability to comply with its contractual obligations, unsatisfactory and partial performance by its employee (Kevin), and the company's inability to provide relief to damages caused to the property by the employee. This company does not deserve the praise that they have been receiving and this should serve as a warning to those considering using its services. Legal action will be taken in order to recover damages.

Worst service ever. I called on Tuesday to schedule service on a Friday morning. Called back to confirm on Thursday. Pay Less finally showed up at 5:30 PM Friday after several calls. Spent two and a half hours and only replaced a bad toilet wax ring. Now the toilet won't fully flush. They were supposed to fix a leaky hose faucet as well. Not only was the faucet not fixed it was damaged so badly that I can no longer attach a hose. I was charged $200 - for nothing.
