I had previously had 2 plumbers come out and have a look at the kitchen drain. They were sure I had to hydro jet my main line. Scott came out and cleared the line without the need for hydro jetting. He was knowledgeable, courteous and saved me a lot of money by using his experience and understanding of clogs rather than a tool immediately (snake, hydro jetting etc) to fix it. I was really pleased with Scott's work and would definitely use the company again!

We had the unusual problem of not being able to turn our shower off. We tried to fix it ourselves to no avail. Finally, at midnight, we turned off our water at the street. The next morning we called and in no time at all JT Kiker was on the job. After a trip out for parts JT had our problem repaired and actually took care of another problem while he was here. Our dishwasher was no longer draining following a kitchen renovation. It had been disconnected and then re-installed by another Charlotte based plumbing company (MJ). We had a feeling something wasn't done right. After explaining our issue to Brett on the phone, he was able to troubleshoot without making a trip out. It turns out MJ did not install properly, and had forgotten to remove a simple cap/plug on the disposal where our dishwasher connects. Brett thank you again for your time and help. You've earned our future business!

I called Roto-Rooter to replace my very old hot water heater. They came out that day and were able to bring the old plumbing lines up to code and replace my unit with an energy saving one the very next day. I was also so pleased that Roto-Rooter provides new hires with 13 weeks of on the job training. The supervisor came and asked if some new trainees might observe the installation of my new unit. As a retired teacher I was delighted that my job could also serve as an on-site learning experience for our future plumbers!

These guys are absolutely fantastic, we can’t say enough about them! We ended up on the bad end of nightmare plumbing situation as new homeowners. Our home warranty company worked with Charlotte Plumbing Masters, so they were the first on the scene immediately once we started having issues. Our tech Michael was prompt, friendly, informative and just an all around genuine and honest guy; we felt completely comfortable having him on the property if one of us had to run down the street or his work time overlapped with us leaving for work. Once we found out the gravity of the situation (the entire system needed to be dug up and replaced from under the crawl space across the yard and to the city portion) we were dealing with, Tim worked with us to find a cost effective solution that would allow us to use our plumbing without breaking the bank. We were able to find a temporary fix and handle payment in segments. We are so thankful for their kindness, flexibility and honesty throughout this experience, I would recommend them to everyone looking for a quality plumbing job.

Tony did a great job diagnosing my problem (pressure reducer failed so my water pressure was too high causing leaks at the outdoor spigot). He suggested several possible solutions with different cost points. He performed the work and was very polite and professional.

I had a great experience with Ritchie Plumbing. Fast, dependable, and very expert in their work. Fixed my problem and a few other issues I wasn't aware of.

They started out nice and responsive, but then billed me to come out to fix their own work and tried to spin it that is was a mere coincidence that the pipe just happen to spring a new leak at the connector within inches of the leak they were working on. I cannot suspend reality to buy that argument and I would never use this company again.

Guaranteed Plumbing & Construction are absolute best plumbing company I came across in many years! We called their number in the morning and got service the same day. They came at the time they said they would, fixed the leak in the garage and drain problem in the house in less than an hour. Highly recommend them!

Reed was great. He set up the plumbing to my newly renovated kitchen. I had bought a new faucet that had a manufacturing defect that Reed had brought to my attention. After I purchased a new faucet he came back out and installed the new faucet free of charge. Great Customer Service. Will use again in the future!
