Best Toilet Installation in Charlotte NC

I've been hearing from a neighbor about their big-chain plumber and the incredibly expensive charge they paid for a basic job. That's compelled me to review Julian's.

Julian's Plumbing has done four or five jobs at my house. Twice, they found the problem was much easier and cheaper than originally thought. Once, I thought it was going to be a major repair and it wound up being $65. Another time, they cleared a clog and gave me tips on how to prevent it in the future and I haven't had a repeat.

They arrive at the scheduled time. They've never been late. They communicate well through the process. They're clean. They ask good questions that help find the real problem. They've been honest and saved me money. Who can ask for more than that?

I appreciate someone being able to come out the same day I called. And the job was done correctly. However, had I known that I was going to be charged $500 for a 30 minute job I probably would have tried to get a few quotes. I thought we might get some kind of consideration since they were replacing a plastic faucet (handle snapped off) that came with the whole house water softer Ben Franklin installed a few years back. From this information forward is a month after the response from the owner about following up. I still have not heard from anyone on being charged $500 for $10 worth of materials for less than 30 minutes work in an non emergency situation.

Highly recommended. Scott was courteous, on time, & professional. He did an outstanding job while installing 2 new vanities & fixtures with new connections as well as replacing a toilet flange. Would definitely use them again.

Ted worked diligently to fix the long list, sink drains, faucets, and a replacing a toilet. I am especially thankful for his fixing my hot water heater's gas leak and vent. Everything is working great!

Quick! On time for appointments with reasonable prices.

Placed a call on Saturday for clogged sewer line. A technician responded in about 45 minutes to clear the line. Unfortunately the next morning I experienced the same issues. Called back on Easter Sunday. Again the response was was within the hour. This time the technician was Keith Barker. Keith was polite and professional. He helped me remove my septic tank lid, at which time he discovered the pipe going in was still clogged. Keith snaked it again, this time clearing the line. Keith did an outstanding job !!! Thanks Roto-Rooter and to Keith for a job well done. Would not hesitate to call for there service and would highly recommend.

They called as promised and arrived on time. They did their work and had the water heater installed in a timely manner. Their work was good their customer service good also.

Tony and his colleague Jesse did a wonderful job fixing our under-mount kitchen sink that had detached from the countertop. They were through in completely detaching the sink and all plumbing and then reattaching and sealing correctly, including installing a new garbage disposal. They also completed some minor repairs to two sinks in our primary bathroom. Tony noticed a few other minor plumbing updates to these sinks and repaired them on the same visit - things we may not have otherwise noticed but were great preventative maintenance to avoid larger issues down the road. We would definitely use Bliss Plumbing again!

Our technician, Tony, explained and diagnosed are problem. He was thorough and efficient. Tony is an excellent communicator, took the time to explain the problem, what to look out for in the future, and maintenance concerns. We were charged by another very reputable company, butvthat misdiagnosed the problem. Tony saved us quite a hassle .

Can't say enough good things about John Ritchie and his plumbing services. I have been nothing but PLEASED with them from START to FINISH since working with them in the past week.
Our home had original cast iron sewer pipes that had aged and finally began leaking in our basement. We tried for 4 weeks to call well established plumbers in the local area to come out for an estimate...and would only be told that everyone was booked for weeks...that is if they even bothered to return our calls.
After continuing to research, I found Ritchie Plumbing...saw the great reviews he already had...and took my shot. My call was answered immediately, and they came out to do a quote that same day...Free of charge, since we lived in the local Stvl area.
After they left, I already knew that I TRUSTED them to do the work....even before getting the quote....which they already had done up for me by the end of the day. And the pricing was so reasonable, for the work that had to be done!!.
I'm HAPPY to say that a week later....my pipes have been replaced. The job was done within a day....I had a little to zero clean up to do after they left...and the service was so PROFESSIONAL and COURTEOUS. I have HIGHLY RECOMMENDED this company to my friends who are looking to have plumbing work done....and I will only use Ritchie Plumbing in the future. I suggest anyone that reads this review do the same, if you want complete satisfactory work for your home!

Reid came to repair leaky outside faucet he was quick, responsive, very personable, fair pricing, he was mindful of my flower bed and cleaned up promptly behind himself. Will certainly use him again.
