In a kitchen remodel from hell, Jason has been a shining light. Hyperbole aside, my experience with Jason was easy, quick, and professional. He explained what he was doing and gave me suggestions for the future. He was cordial and answered all my questions in a way I could understand. 10/10 would recommend, I will use them in the future and you should too. My brother in law offered me his unlicensed uninsured services at 50% off Jason’s rate - knowing what I know now, I would go with Jason even if he offered to do it for free.

Queen City Plumbing goes well beyond plumbing and offers a very high quality service that included excavation of an old indoor HVAC system which was upgraded to a 18 seer 2 stage, demo/reno of 2 utility closets, complete overhaul of main line drain to city sewer and plan on upgrading our bathrooms with QC in a couple years (yes they do that too).The best part is that at all stages there was a strategic vision and plan. I do need to note that we have a Mid-Century Modern home built in the 1950s and if anyone has anyone previous experience with this style of home it requires skill, perseverance, heart. 1/2 slab, 1/2 crawl space, multi-level.Yes, there we delays but that was due to the challenge of 1950s building idea and the team was well up to the task. At no point did I feel concern or worried that costs were not warranted and my wife and I are extremely pleased with the results.I cannot in any way offer that kind of assessment with previous contractors in Charlotte. Even if you decide not to go with QC, i strongly recommend at least giving them a try.Justin - the GC and owner was knowledgeable, creative, empathic, and available for all questions big and small. Dajzan was so wonderful! He quickly unclogged a toilet and went above and beyond to help us light the pilot light in our fireplace during a power outage. He is such a personable and kind guy - Benjamin Franklin plumbing is lucky to have him!

I will have these guys as a contact in my phone - I would say speed dial, but that would make me sound old! Extremely responsive. Johnny was so thorough for a problem I had before. He made sure that I knew what the issue was and he resolved it. He went above and beyond on a Friday night and I appreciated his kindness and respect of my property. He took his shoes off and really wanted to help me. If you are looking for a plumber to help you with issues, call them! Another company helped me with the same issue in the past and never let me know what the issue was - just that they fixed it. All Hours Plumbing not only fixed it, but let me know what the problem was. Stand up guys and company!

Dennis was great. He was prompt, gave us good prices, and cleaned up after he was done. Will be calling him for more plumbing needs in the future.
