Awesome Experience!! Stephan was dispatched to help with a leaking gas line after we were let down by multiple companies and he did a fantastic job. He arrived very fast after we called, he was ready to work and got the job done fast and safe. Very professional from start to finish. Chris found the source of the leaks quickly during the original visit and also answered other questions I had. Ryan and his assistant were able to come out earlier than planned. They did a thorough job and resolved other issues that came up during the process with ease. Ritchie Plumbing was great when they came out and fixed up our kitchen. John and Jim were very professional and reliable. The problem was diagnosed quickly and they had all the materials and equipment they needed to have it all fixed up right away. The rates were very fair as well!

I recently had several frustrating plumbing issues at my house but with the help and expertise of Mike with E.R. Plumbing Services, the issues were taken care of quickly. I was extremely impressed with how Mike cared so much about making sure that all of the issues were resolved and that I was completely satisfied. He was very helpful in educating me about what the issues were and how to avoid them in the future. The cost of the work was definitely reasonable and it was nice to work with someone whose goal wasn't to get the most money out of me. Mike made a terrible situation a painless and easy process. I can't imagine calling anyone other than Mike the next time I have plumbing issues!
