He went above and beyond to explain everything so I would have a better understanding of the problem, what caused the problem and the best way to fix it. His work is precise and dead on. He's the only one I would ever use and trust from this point on and I highly recommend you do the same!

We used this company twice and satisfied both times. The second visit was to address an issue that stemmed from the first service. The same plumber returned and was fantastic. Charlotte Plumbing is the only plumbing company we call in Charlotte. They are timely, professional, and competitively priced. They always do great work, they explain the issue, and explain the best solution options. We have had Marty and other guys out who have done a great job, but their whole team is really great.

Mr Rooter fixed my fireplace gas logs. Dustin texted me on his way, arrived on time, was friendly, knowledgeable, clean (he wore booties) and most importantly did the job he came to do and asked if I needed him to look at anything else. The service was a little more expensive than I expected but I’m happy to pay more for good service I can trust.

I had a clogged main sewage and had called another plumber. They were unable to clear the line and gave me a huge quote to fix the issue.

I then called Rapid-Rooter and John Bird arrived on time and was able to clear the clog, located the issues, and even found my second clean-out access that had I had seen since my house was built 12 years ago.

John was friendly, fast, thorough, and professional.

Even though I have to go through my warranty company (and use their plumber who couldn't come for another 24 hours), Brett came over, shut off the water to my dying water heater, and was able to help me understand my options for replacement and repair. If I can use them in the future, I would.

Excellent service! Anthony was on time, very professional, and personable as well. He really knew his stuff too. I had a feeling there might be a gas leak somewhere around my new gas range. When my Hot water heater broke, he was not able to fix it the next day but he provided the name of someone who could do it. When they could not come by, Damion fit me in to his schedule and got my heater working again. He has outstanding Customer Service and work ethic.

Osborne came out to my house when I was experiencing a water leak in my yard near my house. They checked the water meter and irrigation meter and identified an irrigation leak same day I called. They referred me to an irrigation specialist and helped me shut off the water supply to the system until it could be fixed at no cost. Big thank you to Osborne and their team

After calling around for a water heater replacement and just given the run around from other local company’s Charlotte plumbing repair was able to give me a quote with just a few pics and a couple questions and came in way below other prices I was given.
