We lost hot water. And from what I could tell it was not going to be an easy fix. Brian was the tech they sent out. He was very thorough with his explanation of the issue and took pictures to document their opinion on how to proceed forward. They outlined the options and explained each one thoroughly. There was no pressure for sales and they took care of it immediately once we made a decision. I've used other plumbing services in the past and I was very impressed! I would ask for Brian again. Both Prince and Josh were very PROFFESSIONAL and took their time to find what the issue was and then took the time not only to show me what was wrong but how it would be fixed. They also explained to me that this leak had been going on for awhile and they pointed to the discoloration in the ceiling dry wall. Will most definitely us this company again if needed.

Found these guys on Angie's List. We needed a basement sump pump and the main pressure valve to the house both replaced. They explained everything that needed done and they cleaned up after themselves . I would recommend this plumber to a friend or neighbor.

KG came out to service several small plumbing concerns - he was fantastic and really made us believers in IRV Plumbing. This was our second attempt to get these concerns rectified - the first go around with a competitor felt like we were just getting sold, even to the point of being recommended that we repipe the whole house for ~ $10K. Hmmmm.So we called IRV and were very happy. The work was performed well, KG the tech was very thorough and explained, tested, and ensured that the job was completely done to our satisfaction before departing. Highly recommend IRV Plumbing - I can't speak to the other services they provide, but would certainly give them a shot based on our plumbing experience.

I was very pleased with Matthew. He came in, listened to the problem, checked out several possibilities and found the simplest solution. What we thought was a HVAC condensation problem turned out to be a blocked sink drain problem.
