Technician , Zack, was on time and was well prepared to install a full house air purification system. He answered all questions about maintenance and warranty. Zack was polite and patient and he made sure I could contact him if I had further questions. I am very pleased so far.

I’ve had no issues using these guys over the last few years. The staff is friendly, prompt, and skilled. They have resolved all my issues whether plumbing or electrical. Most recently was an issue when installed two ring doorbells and the chime wouldn’t ring for one of them. Jose recommended changing out the transformer and we were back in business.9/28/2020. Mike was awesome and easy to work with. He installed my new toilet with ease and jokes. I couldn’t put in a new review but IRV is my go to for repairs electrical and plumbing because they are great.
