Best Sewer Pump Installation in Charlotte NC

I have had ongoing plumbing problems in my bathroom for years, finally i called Julian plumbing, they sent a technician named Jason to my home. He was prompt and very courteous, and fixed the problem that kept coming back that others could not fix. I have been problem free for months, and he explained all the problems and corrections to me as he worked. I am very satisfied with the professional service I received from Julians Plumbing and would recommend they to everyone.

Fantastic service from Kim. I placed a call for service to my gas logs and he was there the next day. Quickly diagnosed the problem. But he took the time to ask me how the logs/gas had been behaving, what I had observed etc. Parts were ordered and my logs are better than new, just 2 days later. Great customer service, great attitude. So happy we found Benjamin Franklin Heating & Air, but I'll know to ask for Kim. :)

I had a dripping sound in my ceiling downstairs when my shower was on upstairs. I called All Hours, and a technician walked me through checking my drain for a clog.
Turns out, I had a huge hairball clog in the drain, causing the water to back up. All Hours saved me from spending a lot of money, and I really appreciate that.
If I do need plumbing help in the future, All Hours will be my first and only call.

We were in need of a toilet repair that was beyond our expertise. I found MKB Plumbing on Angie's List. They were the first to respond to my request for service. To my surprise they said someone could be out in the next hour or so. It was not an emergency situation, but given everything going on in the world, I was happy to have such a timely response. Harry, our technician, was courteous, on time and respectful. He not only fixed the main problem but fixed the minor issues with the toilet also. While at our house, I got him to do some other small projects that we had been procrastinating on like switching out a showerhead that was too hard to remove. I thought the pricing was fair for the amount of time and projects involved. I will definitely have MKB Plumbing on speed dial for our next plumbing needs.

Was lucky enough to call ER Plumbing after having the company my home warranty service dispatched basically do nothing, communicate nothing, and charge me $500. Jeff was extremely knowledgeable, talked through options, the likely issues, and options with me. He also stayed with me multiple hours (on his own time) to make sure the previous plumber would return to reset a toilet so I wouldn't have sewage spilling into my house. Will ONLY ever call ER Plumbing again for any and all plumbing issues. Jeff is the absolute best, and really lived up to their motto, Serviced one, client for life.
