Best Sewer Pump Installation in Charlotte NC

I had roots in my main sewer line that caused the problem. The company charged me $287.00 for just putting the snake in the sewer line and pulling some of the roots; no warranty given whatsoever as they stated by their employee and their receipt!! I had the same issue in another house that I own (four months ago) and I called another company, which I don't recall their name, their job was excellent; located and cleaned the whole sewer line, cut all the roots by a special tools, gave three months warranty for their work, and they told me to put some chemical products to prevent roots from growing into the line again, and they charged me $300.00, so comparing the work of these two companies, I would never call this company again and I don't recommend it.

They sent an extremely knowledgeable plumber to my home that really knew his job. He installed my sump pit basin and pump very quickly in the horrible heat. Definitely a really good company and a great buying experience.

As first-time homeowners, our water main leaking was the first major plumbing issue we've run into. We were in need of a toilet repair that was beyond our expertise. I found MKB Plumbing on Angie's List. They were the first to respond to my request for service. To my surprise they said someone could be out in the next hour or so. It was not an emergency situation, but given everything going on in the world, I was happy to have such a timely response. Harry, our technician, was courteous, on time and respectful. He not only fixed the main problem but fixed the minor issues with the toilet also. While at our house, I got him to do some other small projects that we had been procrastinating on like switching out a showerhead that was too hard to remove. I thought the pricing was fair for the amount of time and projects involved. I will definitely have MKB Plumbing on speed dial for our next plumbing needs.

They installed my HVAC units (2) about one year ago. I had some questions about the thermostats (2) and the AC units outside. He changed a setting on the thermostats from Cold or Hot to Auto. The termostats automatically switche between Cool and Heat to maintain a preset temperature. I asked about the noise the AC units make on start. They use a hard start kit. I was interested in a soft start kit like Micro-Air Easy Start. He contacted his manager and he is going to check with the manufacturer if it voids the warranty. If OK he will quote me a price for installation.
