Stan is the man!!! This master plumber was very kind and professional. He came in diagnosed the problem and fixed it with ease. We had a main sewer line clog from roots growing inside the pipe. Stan dug a hole, cut out the section clogged with roots to install a clean out. He also showed me everything he was doing and explained everything well so that I could understand completely. I turned to AAP after a big name competitor told me my tankless water heater was dead and quoted me $10k in new equipment. AAP came out, determined that the water heater was repairable, ordered, expedited and installed the replacement part - a $45 replacement igniter. Dustin was friendly, professional and even went out of his way to make the repair late one afternoon to save us one more night without hot water. Will be using again.
