Best Sewer Line Installation in Charlotte NC

I've been hearing from a neighbor about their big-chain plumber and the incredibly expensive charge they paid for a basic job. That's compelled me to review Julian's.

Julian's Plumbing has done four or five jobs at my house. Twice, they found the problem was much easier and cheaper than originally thought. Once, I thought it was going to be a major repair and it wound up being $65. Another time, they cleared a clog and gave me tips on how to prevent it in the future and I haven't had a repeat.

They arrive at the scheduled time. They've never been late. They communicate well through the process. They're clean. They ask good questions that help find the real problem. They've been honest and saved me money. Who can ask for more than that?

Queen City Plumbing is great. Donald and Comerey came to my house and fixed my kids’ toilet quickly and efficiently. They also gave me a reasonable quote for replacing my kitchen faucet.

David performed an evaluation of our hot water heater and provided us with the various options to replace the heater. He answered all our questions. He was friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable.

I had a great experience with Wyatt Works and my service person Mike Orlando. My tub and kitchen sink were backing up and I had been wanting a garbage disposal installed. I called and a person answered the phone and was extremely helpful. She set me up with a scheduler and through texts I had an appt the next day. Mike arrived on time and he was so fabulous. He explained everything, gave me options, kept me informed on his progress and left the work areas cleaner than they were before. Everything is expensive these days so it’s great when you feel like you got great value for your dollar. Mike was such a hard working, pleasant, knowledgeable, professional service person. We just moved to Charlotte a year ago and had to call a plumber for issues with our toilet. After calling 3 different plumbers we got a 2 week turnaround. Not only were they timely in their response, but they did a great job explaining the plumbing issue I was facing and giving me a few different options we could go with. We called Rapid-Rooter because we had used them for eight years and always were completely satisfied with their work and their professionalism and we were not disappointed this time either. This call was for a leak under a stationery tub and a leak in a pipe behind our heater in our crawlspace. Chris Jones came out on time and did a courteous, professional and efficient job of identifying where the problems originated and what needed to be done. Chris then installed a new faucet for us on the tub and provided an estimate for the needed repairs to the piping from the sink to the main drain. Courteous, Professional, on-time and competent, what more could we ask.

We called All Hours after discovering a burst hot water pipe in our crawl space. Brett showed up to our house within 20 minutes and had the pipe fixed in no time. All Hours came highly recommended and we saw firsthand exactly why. Thank you!

We were having some issues with both a hot water heater and a few toilets. We called on a Monday night and Roto-Rooter was out Tuesday morning. Gavin was great and will request him specifically on any future needs! He explained everything to us in a very easy to understand manner and he did the work quickly and thoroughly.

Been customer of Joel's for probably 15 years. He is a great christian and plumber. But Linda & I most value him as our friend. We could get another plumber - but nobody like Joel. Tony - one of his tech's was in our crawlspace earlier and did a great job. If you need quality plumbing do yourself a favor and call Biss plumbing.

Wasn't expecting all my work not to be done. Got estimate which was good and schedule installing of chandelier and pendant lights. Installer could only do pendants after spending half hour going to hardware store to materials. I was a little perturbed that the installer did not have all the equipment needed to do the job. Didn't get chandelier installed due to lack of equipment needed. Had to reschedule. FYI, make sure the estimator knows all about the lighting you need installed, so the installer has all the needed items to install them.

I’ve been meaning to write this review for a while. Ritchie plumbing is definitely a 5 star business. Jon has done several plumbing projects for us over the past year and installed a gas line for a cooktop range. He responds quickly, has fair pricing, and does excellent work. Give them a call!

Quick and professional. They showed up within and hour of my call.

Brett built a new bathroom off one of our kids bedrooms. He came up with the best plumbing solution requiring new drain navigating a steel support beam and going down two floors with minimum drywall cuts. Very happy with the results and working with Brett was awesome - he has the highest integrity and all around great guy. We also hired Brett to run a gas line from our kitchen to the deck for the BBQ and gas fire pit. Once again, Brett proposed the best solution over other contractors which required routing a new gas line through cabinets, under a lazy susan and through the brick exterior.

DR Jordan was on time. Competitively priced, knowledgeable, and able to rectify the issue to our satisfaction.

Adonis came to thejob prepared and fixed the problem. He is a very personable worker. I would recommend this company again to anyone.
