Rodney and Raistlin were absolutely awesome. Came out to my house earlier than expected (which I preferred) and solved my well pump issue within a few short hours. Very professional guys. Kim was very courteous when he visited to follow-up on the installation of a new water heater. He listened to the one issue that had arisen, and committed to addressing the issue to my satisfaction in a timely manner. WyattWorks came by to do a plumbing estimate for us. Mike was friendly and knowledgeable. We are still gathering quotes so we are not sure if we will use them yet.

Charlotte Plumbing was great! We had a pipe burst close to our city water meter and our front yard was flooding. We called them this morning, and they were out here by lunch time and had the pipe fixed in 20 minutes. They were quick, informative, and cheaper than the other quotes we'd gotten. I'm sure, should we need other plumbing work done, we'll be giving them a call.

I initially called because of an odor and abnormal noise coming from the garbage disposal. Getting an appointment was very easy, and the follow up of when to expect a technician was great. Pete, the technician, was very professional and explained what he saw when doing his assessment. After going through my options to fix the issue, the work was done quickly and efficiently. If I ever need to have more plumbing work done, I will be sure to call Mr. Rooter of Charlotte.

We worked with Johnny he was awesome! We needed a toilet repair quick since we had guests coming to town and my neighbors recommended this company. I was very impressed with how fast he was able to fix the problem, his communication prior to arrival (gave me a friendly call prior), and his kind personality. I also felt the service was a good value for the time it would have taken my husband and I to DIY the issue and order the correct parts on our own. I will definitely be calling them again in the future!
