Charlotte Plumbing was able to come out the same day I scheduled my appointment. Sevenr was very nice and professional when he came by for my diagnostic; he was knowledgeable and even took the time to explain to me how to read my water meter. Quick response and great customer service, would highly recommend!

The technician (Matthew) was prompt, professional, and generally helpful. The service was fast and he left me with options and information when dealing with my HOA to correct external problems. Would definitely call again if I need plumbing help.

I called for a non emergency service around 5pm on Monday and my service was complete by mid afternoon Tuesday. Richard was great and very up front and honest about the entire project. He let me know exactly what he was doing and why, plus he was extremely friendly and patient with all of my questions. Of course he cleaned up after himself and everything works perfectly so it was fast, friendly, and quality work. I will certainly call again for any future services I need.

Terrible experience. I called and got a quote of a $50 visit cost plus any extras the plumber would need to do (I thought that meant extras other than unclogging the drain as that’s what I said needed to be done). When Chris got here he told me it would be a total cost of $300 to unclog the drain, nothing else was needed and it would take min.of 20 min.to max. of 1 hour. At max that’s an outrageous hourly labor fee of $250. When I complained about it Chris said he would not do the job but still wanted the $50 visit fee. Unbelievable!! I sent him on his way. No one likes hidden fees but this was ridiculous. I should have been told upfront before Chris made the trip what the cost could be. He told me himself that 80% of the time a drain is necessary so I should have been told that price. I can’t deal with services that try to hoodwink their customers.

UPDATE: I saw response from the management justifying the exorbitant surprise cost. I called another reputable plumbing company after this fiasco and got my drain unclogged for $180. That's almost half of what Rapid-Rooter wanted. That was several months ago and everything is working just fine.

We recently moved into a new house - an older home that had (in theory) been renovated from top to bottom. Much to our surprise, two weeks after moving in our toilets and drains starting bubbling up. We called Roto-Rooter and they came out within two hours of our placing the call. Stan, the technician who arrived to help, diagnosed the problem within thirty minutes. It was a serious problem, and he let me know right away that the problem had the potential to be expensive to fix. One thing I would stress about my interactions with Stan (and, later Vasiliy and Dmitri) is that great pains were taken to keep me informed at every step of the process. They never did any work without first telling me exactly what they were doing and why, and they always let me know about the cost before they proceeded with any work. Moreover they were incredibly respectful of our property. At one point Stand had the option of doing an additional test to confirm his diagnosis of the problem, but that additional test involved using a piece of equipment that might have caused some damage to our wallpaper. I decided to skip the test because we love the wallpaper (and I didn't have any doubt about Stan's diagnosis of the problem anyway).We ended up needing our sewer line replaced all the way out to the street, and it required digging up our yard and taking apart part of our walkway. The guys who worked on this project - Vasiliy and Dmitri - worked through the pouring rain until sundown each day. They made sure to damage our yard and walkway as little as possible, and they did a great job of putting the yard back into the best shape possible under the circumstances.I don't really know if the job was expensive or not. I supposed you could find people who would do this work for less. However, given the honesty and integrity of Stan and his crew, their willingness to work well into the evening, the speed at which they worked, and the quality of the work they did, I'd absolutely call them again in a minute. I hope to never have to call about a job of this size, but if I have any plumbing issues in the future I'll be calling and asking for Stan and his crew.

I will always recommend this place to anyone , she runs a good honest place.

John was wonderful. He addressed our plumbing issues, was able to give us a price before repair, and fix all issues in the span of a few hours. He also showed us how to maintain our plumbing to extend the lifetime of appliances/pipes, and the damage he was fixing. All this was done while he was sweet and professional with the whole household. We'll be contacting him again if something comes up. Thank you for your wonderful service!
