We had a clog caused by our condensation line. The guys came out, were on time, and took care of the issue for me.

They were extremely professional and thoughtful in my home.

We had a main water line leak and garage sink leak. Justin C and Hayden were very helpful and professional. Once they were done with the main water line I then remembered our sink leak. Justin C looked at it, gave me a quote, and was able to fix it the same day when he wasn’t scheduled to do it. We were so happy to get all our plumbing issues addressed and fixed same day! Justin C was very thorough, professional and polite! I’d definitely use Queen City again.

Our technician, Bill Ferguson, was a total professional and worked above and beyond to service our requests. He had had a very long day with a difficult job yet he still came to our home even though it was late in the evening. I totally enjoyed talking with Bill, who he performed the job in an excellent manner and completed it in a very short amount of time. I completely recommend Bill and look forward to having him come to our home with any other future needs we many have.

I have used many plumbers, (I manage many rental properties) and I have had many bad experiences and I have to say I used Charlotte Plumbing today and they were AWESOME!!! GREAT customer service and Chad was my service tech and he was EXCELLENT! On-time, job done quickly and left no mess....actually cleaned up (unheard of!!!) after he was finished! I will definitely use again and hope Chad is the service technician!

Our water main broke during the snowstorm and we were without water while Charlotte water dragged it's feet and allowed thousands of gallons to pour out into the street. Ryan from Mr. Rooter saved us. He and his counterpart promptly got an excavator and dug a trench to repair the main pipe. He was extremely courteous and friendly and they finished the job with minimal collateral damage to our yard. Really happy with the speed and communication from Ryan and his team.

We had a water heater that failed and flooded our garage. I called All Hours Plumbing and Brett was able to quote me over the phone and fit me in the same day. His team was professional and did a wonderful job. When they left, the new water heater and set up looked better than the original one installed by the builder. Would highly recommend!

Jeff was very professional and helpful in answering all questions that I had. He was careful not to ruin my flowers that were near the clean-out that he used. He explained the benefit of having the camera to scan for any other blockages inside or outside my house. I will highly recommend Roto-Rooter and Jeff to my friends and neighbors. I walked in the garage to find my water heater had burst and was gushing water, I immediately called CPM and they were out within the hour and I had a new water heater by the end of the night, which was unexpected, I was sure I was going to have to wait, Diyan was very professional and worked into the night (after 10pm), also while it was freezing and starting to rain. I cannot recommend these guys enough!

WORST COMPANY EVERRRRRRRR !! STAY AWAY!!!! Rheem is contracted with them to do local work if your covered under warranty. Rheem had them contact me to replace a water heater and sent them the work summary for the replacement. IRV came 5 days later ( only available day) and tell me they had no report from Rheem regarding replacing the water heater they were only here to diagnose what was wrong. In my my mind I found that “ off” and thought maybe that is how the process works, diagnostic first then replace. I had to wait another 7 days ( 12 days now since initial contact) for them to be a NO show!!! I contact Rheem and per their records IRV was supposed to replace it on the original “ 5 days out” available appointment. I told Rheem they did not replace it. Rheem contact IRV who then tells them they are waiting for a “ part” meanwhile Rheem told them originally that “ part” was no longer available so where are they getting this “ part” from? Second hand use? And remember.. Rheem’s original report was for them to replace the whole unit. They had the nerve to tell Rheem “ well only next availability will be Monday “ this adds another 7 days to the original call, so now we would have been 19 days later! NO COMMINCATION from IRV at all! Rheem ended up sending me a warranty claim and requested I contact any plumber of my choosing… Contacted my go to “ Mountain Island Plumbing” in Charlotte NC and they got the job done the SAME DAY I called! DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH IRV!! Even the Manufactor, Rheem , was embarrassed by the way they handled this - STAY AWAY unless you are willing to wait19 days with no hot water… which I’m not even sure they were coming out that day anyway since I have yet to get a call or email from them! And Customer Service is HORRIBLE!! RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL

John is very respect, very punctual, and most importantly a very knowledgeable young man! Been a great friend for over 15 years and when another friend of mine had no water he replaced his well pump and my friend had water within a few hours of Ritchie Plumbing being contacted! Don't look any further just let him do it right the first time!

He fixed my spicket outside my house was very professional and courteous and efficient.

After calling 5 other recommended plumbers and no one returning my call with the exception of one who was out of town and could come the next day, I had an emergency on Sunday when my washer drain pipe started filling up after doing a load of laundry and it was gurgling and started to leak down the wall. Luckily it stopped overflowing once the washer stopped but I knew it should not wait until the next day so having prior experience with Rotor Rooter over past years I called and they were out within an hour and had the work completed within an hour. I still have not received a call from the other plumbers and I greatly appreciate their quick response and attention especially over the weekend. They did a great job, no contact service, very clean.

Jason installed a water filter for me to filter my well water. He was able to do this only one day after I requested the work. Pretty fast.
