Julian's plumbing is amazing. My husband called on Monday and they were at our house on Tuesday morning. After looking at our issue, Jason told us it would be better to invest in a new vanity, instead of fixing a broken one. He could have easily charged me to fix the faulty sink, but instead recommended something that was better for our home long-term. Really appreciate the honesty and the timeliness. We'll be future customers for sure!

Queen City Plumbing was highly recommended by my neighbor, they showed up when they said they would, got straight to the problem and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. I would recommend them to anyone that is looking for an honest and reliable plumber.

The plumber was nice, the price for labor was very expensive. I had them install a new shower/tub valve and hook up the new tub spout and shower head. I provided the valve and hardware and had the drywall cleared. Took him under 2 hours and the cost was just under $1,000. I wanted to have him install a new toilet but the new toilet flange was installed incorrectly. He quoted me an additional $1,500 to cut the pvc and install the flange correctly. Obviously, I didn’t do that. Can’t justify the minimum $500 an hour rate. Thats a salary of over $1,000,000 a year! Sign me up for that gig!Updated: had another plumber look at toilet flange the plumber said I would need to remove and replace because it was not installed correctly. The new toilet flange spins and is tightened by a rubber gasket. The flange was rotated in 10 seconds (not glued down like the benjamin franklin plumber said) unbelievable how this company wanted to SCAM an additional $1500.00. Do yourself a favor and stay away.

I used this company for an emergency water leak on a Sunday night. We had water from the 2nd floor down to the 1st floor. Chris Jones gave us an estimated time and arrived on time. He was able to quickly determine the cause. He was professional and showed us pictures and video of what he found. I hope to not have another emergency but will definately use them again.

Our technician, John R, did an absolutely outstanding job of potential causes and solutions after an extremely thorough exam. He pointed out and explained out-of-date/not to current standards plumbing that could potentially cause problems. The house was built in 1972 with most of the original plumbing, this is to be expected. He did not try to sell us repairs in that facet, just offered some advice as to prioritizing repairs. John went above and beyond, he took time to answer all our questions never making us feel as if we were wanting his time. He's extremely personable, knowledgeable and has decades of experience.
